    Yumm I’ve just invested in a juicer and add kale, red apples, cucumber and lemons . So refreshing and yummm . I thought it’s going to be bitter but it’s so delicious . Thx for sharing.

    I've already been making smoothies but now I'll start adding kale to them and make them even healthier for me I'm 54 and workout regularly and exercise and was using the smoothie as a great way to numb the taste of the protein powder I take daily to help nourish my growth of my muscles

    Kale and spinach with chia seeds and flax seeds flour mixed with coconut water has become an everyday thing for me now

      Spinach everyday is a bad idea if you're prone to calcium-kidney stones. They have the highest concentration of oxalates of any vegetable. Liam Hemsworth had emergency surgery because of his daily spinach smoothie.

    It is my fourth month now without blood pressure meds I mix kale, spinach,carrots and beetroot juice it t helped with high cholesterol as well

    Not if you're on blood pressure medicines because I've already experienced the difference and my blood pressure has shot up. I'm getting numbness in my head tingling down my legs so please talk to your doctor before you mix kale and blood pressure medicine. That's a danger zone. 🙏
