The fact that Satanael has a shooting animation but doesn't use it for Sinful Shell feels so wrong...
i feel that may be patched later.
@@ZeroYaminah it cause Sinful shell is magic so he use his magic attack animation. If this is SMT then i can see Sinful shell become a gun almighty damage that have it's animation
@@ZeroYami I don't think so... Personas have two animations: one for physical skills and one for magical skills. Sinful Shell is a magical attack and the shooting animation is used for physical skills.
It'll probably be left untouched, but it would be a cool touch if they change it.
@@renhardhalim Funnily enough, you CAN have Strength-based elemental skills in Persona, via modding, Atlus just was too lazy to bother with doing so for Sinful Shell for some reason

No Izanagi no Okami, that's mean no more one shot with Myriad Truth
You can one shot with Satanael's Sinful shell now. Its only 1 hit but it is a MASSIVE one, not just heavy. It also has a chance to insta kill.

I agree, it would've been better if they brought him back (maybe a future DLC?), I only said I'm glad cuz I have no self restraint with these DLC Personas, if I have them, I'm gonna use them 😂

I’m sort of underwhelmed by how most of the P5 personas weren’t given special exclusive skills like the P4 ones. They just feel like they’re just meant to be added to the compendium which isn’t really something I’d want to pay for lol
Well, their ultimate versions do have "unique" skills, i.e. the Tier 4 elementals of P5 (or exclusives they had in P5, in the case of Loki and Vanadis)
Indeed, though granted we never have gotten to use our companion’s persona’s before only the antagonists and other protagonists so ig it makes sense only those two have unique skills.
@@Eduardo-ll7eg Funnily enough, the exclusives Loki and Vanadis got are actually those of Hereward and Ella. Masquerade is also multi-target now instead of single target, and Loki doesn't have Laevateinn

One of the things I love about Joker using DLC Personas is that he would have two unique dialogues (imitating the original owners of the Personas) when he used the Personas’ unique skills or attacks.
Joker even got FeMC’s Orpheus which has a stronger Cadenza than OG Orpheus.
That honestly REALLY pissed me off. I was looking forward to hearing the protagonist say voice lines mimicking characters like Ann and Akechi.

me too mate, Raoul has turned into my favorite persona because of his design
Loki has Hereward’s unique skill. But I’m actually glad they don’t have them. I don’t doubt Atlus would have… but then they realized the skills were too OP and would ruin game balance.

The madlads at Atlus actually let us use Rebellion Blade for more than just one boss fight.
Rebellion Blade is not that strong in this situation. If you can knock down Eli like Lavenza then it'll be broken

And only 3 from P4, no spin-offs like Ariadne or Tsukuyomi, and nothing from P1-2. Hopefully more come in future DLC.

Kasumi’s Personas Arcana were change from Faith to Star similar to how Kaguya was change from Aeon to Moon. Makoto’s Personas Nuke element moves become almighty. Haru’s Personas Psy moves are removed while her Gun skill moves remain.
I still don't know why they decided to remove Milady's magic attacks but Johanna gets Almighty stuff

I see Izanagi-no-Okami with Myriad Truths is still too OP to put in this game.
But Satanael with Sinfull shell seems to not be a problem even tough he deals massive dmg and gas a chance to insta kill the enemy with one move💀
@@ZA-TRUE-ZA-WARUDO it's meh, insta-kill won't work on bosses, and massive damage isn't anything compared to what myriad truths could do, he's like the thanatos dlc in persona 5, disappointing.

@@DanzoLovesEyes Ah mb I didnt really play much with Thanatos, I forgot that. And yes, Satanael isn't nearly as good as InO and I'm grateful. Country Maker is just so damn OP. Myriad Truths most likely does more dmg than Sinful Shell on its own, but having a trait with double dmg dealt and half taken is nuts. Suddenly with InO in Royal, he was the best Almighty, Gun and Elemental Persona (aside from Light probably)
Honestly, I'm glad my boy Magatsu-Izanagi made it into Persona 3 Reload. He's the only Persona I've actually maxed out all stats for in Persona 5 Royal, and he's my Persona of choice for both that game and Persona 4 Golden.
I do hope we get more P4 Personas in a future update or something, though. I may be fine with ol' Maggy-Izzy being here, but there definitely needs to be more from P4 here.
_(Also, I'd really love to see the third-tier Personas here as well, and I mean for both the Investigation Team and the Phantom Theives. The designs for them were so unbelivably awesome, would've loved to see them here.)_

@@dsshocktrooper7523 Agreed. Kanji's Persona would be awesome to have here. I'd consider it to be the most badass-looking Persona in the Investigation Team's lineup, especially with the whole skeleton look it has.

@@jorgexd8385the MT has the second base dmg of all skills in P5R, and perhaps only behind the Armageddon in terms of destruction when paired with Country maker
It’s just a balancing issue, they can definitely make him a persona again. Maybe Medium Almighty x3 instead of Heavy. Then it’s Almighty Agneyastra but guaranteed 3 hits.

Vanadis has always been one of my favorite personas, such peak design, glad that I can use it for more than just a few mementos visits lol

If I hadn't looked up the awakening scenes and some boss fight snippets of Persona 5 (which I haven't played because i don't have the sufficient hardware for it), I'd assume the pronounciations of Milady and Hecate were wrong. The former not being pronounced as "m'lady" felt uncomfortable to me until i looked up how Haru actually says it.

I was wondering if they were gonna retroactively add the 5 types (Curse/Nuke/Psi/Bless), like how Pokemon just soft retcons new types onto older Pokemon but huh...

Curse and Bless were in the original Persona 3 and outside a few exclusive skills, you only had access to the Instant Kill Hama and Mudo line of skills.
Nuke and Psi didn’t exist in Persona 3.

Can the driver skills be passed down? I assume not but damn those skills are so good; a boost and amp in one skill that can stack too.
Y'know what, since Atlus didn't wanna give unique moves to the non-Royal Trio Thieves' evolved Personas, I've got some ideas.
Mercurius - Lucky Rush (60 Power, hits all enemies, costs 12% HP, 55% hit rate, 40% crit rate) (Diego's Miracle Rush, but slightly weaker and lower HP cost)
Seiten Taisei - Will to Fight (Charge on 1 Ally, costs 15 SP) (Basically just Tyrant's Will)
Hecate - Burst of Energy (Concentrate on 1 Ally, costs 15 SP) (Basically just President's Insight)
Kamu Susano'o - Masterwork Brush (Drains next non-Almighty attack, removes all inate weaknesses while active, costs 22 SP) (As based as it would be to give Kamu Susano'o Renamed Heat Riser, no. Yusuke gets Bleeding-Dry Brush instead.)
Anat (No, I'm not counting Cosmic Flare as Anat's signature move) - Check (Removes -kaja, Tetrakarn, and Makarakarn on one foe, costs 20 SP) (Again - as based as it would be to give Anat Renamed Debilitate, no. Makoto instead gets Buff-Be-Gone.)
Astarte - Wall of Protection (Nullifies next non-Almighty attack, costs 36 SP) (Single-Target Life Wall.)

I bought the P5 Persona DLC specifically to use Robin Hood.

So they changed magatsu izanagi compedium infos? Back then i remembered they explained magatsu izanagi as a version of izanagi just after he failed to retrieve izanami before he washed himself of the filths.
So does this mean that there are two Loki on the persona roster or no? Bc Loki was on the original p3 roster too

God the battle themes slap so hard
So Sinful Shell is basically Thanatos' Door of Hades, except it's massive damage. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for colossal almighty gun damage with a high crit chance.
Massive is the highest thing you can get in this game. So it's the same position as colossal.

Honestly my fav part of these personas is just their "Driver" skills, makes for insane builds.
Bummer that they don't have Picaro forms. I'd love to see how Makoto reimagines the personas.
So, Johanna and Anat get Almighty skills to replace their Nuke skills. Meanwhile, Milady and Astarte don't have a magic attack, Arsene doesn't have a pierce attack, Carmen and Hecate don't have a sleep skill?
The Nijima bias is strong.
I wasn't thinking about how Loki is in P3 anyway, so would they keep their og model for him and have a dlc version that we're more familiar with?
Then again, Loki is known to be a shapeshifter!

I would like to see a 3D version of Persona 1 and 2 too, Vishnu from P1 has a sick as hell design, for P2 Apollo is also amazing.
Considering that this is Atlus, it's not something that's going to happen, I just really hope that more Personas from P4 come eventually, although I genuinely think it would be cooler to have Aigis The Answer and FemC route as DLC

Do the boss personas like Thanatos and Messiah have cool signature skills in Reload? Would be a bummer if the did have one in P5R but reverse back to original P3 skillset in P3R.
Thanatos sucks as usual.
While Messiah got a pretty big buff by having null phys as a passive and retaining MSU (but a bit nerfed by not applying to almighty)

You have to buy the dlc. Thats why they are called dlc personas man.

Well, Sinful shell is about as cool as I expected it to be. So far MEHssiah(yes that was intentional) is the only one without an exclusive broken offensive attack. Well Unless they changed something in the remake but I suppose I'll find out eventually.
