hopefully this adds some clarity on the adjustments and how to get the minimum of moving pad travel while still actuating the brakes. Also adjustment to avoid the disc fouling the caliper too.

if you put a 2.5 allen in the allen hole on the outside of the caliper it goes all the way though to adjust the out side brake pad with out adjusting the pull arm .
How often do you change the pads? Ofc its depend from the way each one uses it... But since I might have to order from china I was wondering if I should stock up.
so far I have not needed to, I believe this is partly because I don't slam on the brakes at the last minute and partly because I aligned them properly at the start.
