The LEDs were one of the best mods I made on my '69. They light up the night better than my wifes 2020 Benz.
I fired up my HID conversion for the first time last night, and the harness is wired so high beams are lo, and vice versa. Watching this video just reminded me I need to go flip them. Thanks! lol Congratulations on the milestone!

Badass!! i'm happy for you man, a long way since you started. I lost my shit when you were testing the headlights as the battery was 18V I know it's probably fine but if you have 12 volts battery it's better than risking those badass LEDs. Best of luck mate I can't wait to start working on my 67 I learned so much from your channel.

When you had your sealed headlight on the bench, after testing you did new weather-pac connectors. What was the need for all of the blue crimp on butt connectors? I guess I am picky about electrical wiring, just seen too many bad practices. Plus, I always use dielectric grease outside and in, every connector. It is way cheaper in the auto section at home improvement stores than parts stores by 2/3rds. Enjoying the build! Go Paul go!

when I saw you testing the light it was turning on the plastic film on the bench well, I thought it's only a few times before you rub through and scratch the costly lens

Squarebodys have square headlights
paulk_c10 some of the 1980’s c10 do have square lights not all
If it’s a 7” light then yes. They’re universal except for the wiring/connectors

Looks Great!, I've been following from the start. I have a 68 c10 that I'm installing a LS2 into and restoring a few things. Look at b62upholstery.com, i just ordered a new seat cushion kit and upholstery kit. They are hand made in Arizona. I haven't got mine yet, but I've read the reviews and they look great.
