❤ wow! What a gem! Miss JD so very much. Is this you interviewing him in 1994?!?!😮 What a cool moment and memory. And I'm glad you were able to calm his spirit.
The late great John Denver - showing what kind of person he really was and we are blessed that he was such a good man. Read the book twice so far. Once a year I will read it. A wonderful insight.
This was great to watch! You’re a superb interviewer, love the questions you asked, very insightful. Definitely lightened his mood. I am actually currently reading his autobiography, and I adore his story about Lake Powell and the rainbow arch with his friend. Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it very much!
I feel angry that I never got the opportunity to see John Denver in concert Live and in person. I had this dream of attending one of his concerts and being up on stage to meet him in person also sing with him.Mixed feelings as a loyal devoted lifetime fan. Xoxo, Kim R.Mackey😊
The pictures he painted with his songs, brought many of us to a deeper appreciation of the beauty and grandeur of God's natural world and how "FAR OUT!" it truly is. I miss him and his voice singing the wonderful songs he wrote and the thoughts of those yet unwritten.
Just love listening to John Denver interviews. I think they bring out more just the kind of person he was, & hopefully banish some of the preconceived belefs/feelings/criticisms that people may have of him. And I just enjoy listening to him speak. He was brilliant and so insightful. 😊👏👍❤️
John Denver didn't die in 1997, he graduated. He left behind a huge hole in this world, but he was needed elsewhere. I still miss you John. This world was never meant for someone as beautiful as you.
It was really nice to hear a familiar voice not that it matters much now but I met Mr denver back in 1986 here in Ireland, myself and my future wife were fishing in killarney of a June Sunday morning if memory serves me on one of the lake sides just outside the town, we drove down from Cork early that morning to spend a nice day, there was a few people scattered around the bank of the lake chatting and casting their lines out one chap packed up his gear and as he passed very nicely said Hi and asked us had we caught anything my typical Irish response ( probably a cold) he bust out laughing he pulled up his sunglasses from his face.... The look on my face must have said volumns my brain didn't register who my eyes were seeing, we were at his concert the evening before in cork and I must have blurted it out and I said if I knew this I could have saved myself the price of tickets jokingly we talked for a few minutes and said goodbye, I will always remember how genuinely nice he was on that morning just fishing...it was nice listening to that interview it instantly brought back that morning in killarney all those years ago
❤😮😊 wow that's an amazing story and memory of meeting JD! He did love his 🎣 fishing hehe. Thanks for sharing. That's a meeting of souls moment. Beautiful!
I love him. I love nature and so did he. His music got me through a very hard time. He cared about the environment and all that God made, the trees and the animals Exc.where I was when I heard he was killed in a plane crash. I shall never forget John. Will always remember him. ❤
Yes, John Denver's songs are easily understood and relatable, however, there must be more than that to sell millions and millions of records. The fact is John Denver was an incredible singer and musician, which gives his songs their unique appeal.
And one more common thing in his life is the Guitar given by her Grandma, that Start of his Music Career followed by his many composition & joined to make a Teamwork to some musician.. J.D. w/ Michelle & friends..👍🎶
We miss you so much, John. You we'ren't really supposed to die that day. If you had only taken someone with you for that experiment- ride that day. They would have been there to help you reach that fuel tank switch. Then when you got back and landed, you could have addressed the fuel switch location problem. You didn't get that chance.
Thank U for the Content of this Autobioghraphy,.where I heard the voice of two person Conversing the message of Johns music Composition of Everyday life..& of Nature that gives Sense.. Thanx for hearing & watching..❤👍
I just bought his book about 2 weeks ago. I have loved John Denver for as long as I can remember; his music always spoke to me
Gosh where did you find it, I'm not from America but have been trying to find this for 2 year's.
