@@gonzalonancucheo4469 are you using the trigger stops? You may need to adjust the trigger sensitivity to respond the way you want. If you have the trigger stops enabled you definitely need to adjust the trigger sensitivity.
When I plugged mine in it auto installed and started working. Are you sure the game you are using supports controller? What operating system are you using? So you have the controller in the right wired/wireless mode? Have you installed the Astro app for the controller? Does the app connect to the controller?

I got mines today. It doesnt feel comfortable. It's meant for people with big hands. honestly the quality of the controller is great. But my hands hurts after playing 4-5 apex legends match. I wish there is a way to disable the back buttons on the ps4. its always on the way.
You can disable them, default settings if you switch to profile two, the two little dots on the top of the controller move the switch. That profile has them assigned to nothing. You can also program them to nothing on profile one if you want.

I will have to check on this. The r2 and l2 triggers are more than just a on-off switch, they are supposed to have a variable amount of engagement for things like racing games with accelerators and things like that so I'm not sure it will map to the back buttons. I am going to be researching the R2/L2 and trigger stop and functionality so I will work it into that video.

Make sure your controller is put into wired mode with the switch on top of it. I know I have plugged in in a couple times to make changes and forgot to flip the switch.

I don't know this information, sorry. I'm not even sure it operates at a specific hz/polling rate rather just when there is an input, a signal is sent. I can say though I have had no issues with lag/latency in wired or wireless mode. I did have a few disconnect issues but made a change in my router and have had no issues since. My router sits directly above my ps4.

I am assuming you're talking about the Astro software. Please make sure you have downloaded the software designed for the controller, it is different than the one for Astro headsets. This caused some confusion with others. After that try restarting PC, then uninstall and reinstall software and try again.
@@Ballerdude132 my only other suggestion would be to locate the controller in your devices on your PC delete it from there with your controller unplugged, restart your PC and then reconnect controller. Maybe windows installed the wrong thing. After that I would have to say reach out to Astro support
was doing it with me aswell i just unpluged it and pluged it back in and noticed theres a red arrow on your directional pad for up i staarted spamming it and it finally went past the please connect a controller might work for you

It automatically switches depending on what it is plugged into. There is a switch on the controller that changes it from wired to wireless mode, but it will auto detect if it is plugged into PlayStation or PC. Are you having issue getting it connected to PC?

If the app isn't detecting the controller plugged in while in wired mode delete whatever drivers windows installed for the controller and restart and try again...

From my understanding, you can't, without using some crazy emulation that causes all sorts of other problems. They made the controller to be recognized as 360 controller because most games support it.

What are you using the controller on? Pc or ps4? And where are you trying to get your sound to come from? The controller has an audio device/mixer in it so when it is first connected to ps4/pc it can take over the default device and you will have to chance it back to what you want after connecting the controller.
@@jdxo9335 there is no battery level percentage or anything. I recommend just charging it nightly. If I remember correctly, if the battery level does get down to about 10% remaining the orange light will start blinking to warn you.

For $200 this sure is a buggy piece of shit. The microphone has never worked, and if there are speakers in it (some sites seem to indicate it does, but I dunno) neither have they. It lost its wireless pairing at one point and it won't reconnect, and the wireless dongle software update doesn't work. The quality and accessories are nowhere near worth it to pay the extra $150.
