Hi Bro, I have tried this solution but found when I connected to the Mac, the software didn't respond, always cycling. after waiting for several mins, it still do not work. When I updated the software to 1.03, the same issue happened. Could you help me on that? thanks a lot
Did you update to the new software version if not you need to then it will work then give you an update for the controller I updated mine on Mac to the new software version and it works fine

It’s looks like update 1.1.103 is available and I keep trying to download it but I can’t seem to get it to install. It says it went through and everything is completed, but when I got back to the software it says it’s still the 1.1.102 version.
Ok nice but I have talk to Astro team already they said don’t update still not ready yet so they told me to go back to older version but I already did that with that video I’m not rushing to upgrade just yet
I dont know if this is at all related, but shortly after follow along with this video my controller has seemed to have lost all wireless capabilities. Not at all saying this is your fault I just would like figure out what’s going on with my controller.
@@jordangrapes5072 well if you updated to the other software previously and you updated your wireless adapter then the wireless adapter is on the new version gotta down grade that back too & if the wireless adapter is already good then just reset the controller
@@CraytonTv yes I found a video that explained how to update the firmware in the wireless dongle and it fixed it lol I didn’t even realize you could do that!
It does work! But the one I used for this was the Mac version, with PC you shouldn’t have a problem with the new software or old software, it just was macOS that was broken.

@@EmilOlin already have on my channel, but this controller is old and outdated they don’t even do software updates no more so I refer to people by the PS5 DualSense Edge for the PS5 if you got one.

Most ppl are on a Mac over here.. that website didn’t work for you but on PC you should be fine or have to re-download or download back
