Everyone who has ever listened to this tune knows it’s one of the greatest solos ever recorded. But what really sets this song apart from the rest is George’s ability to drag his bar chords threw the entire song. It’s as if he’s completely on his own time, but yet completely in time with the rest of the band. It’s a masterpiece of a song by the entire band and I’ve never heard another recording by any other band that compares, and I own over 1000 rock/metal cds. I saw them live in 88 on this albums tour when the opened for Aerosmith permanent vacation tour. What a show.

George is so Jimmy 🔥 I still have a problem though with watching a video instead of just hearing the music with lyrics! That said this is probably the only good video they ever made because somebody finally gave them the money for production...Because Dokken has the worst videos ever! And always remember good music is timeless quit putting time on something. I love the fact you’re having to think about the lyrics that is perfect! That’s what any Song is supposed to do....Crystal clear is not always crystal clear. Then he was shot 😞😞😞

That guitar solo is epic. The groove! The dexterity and soul required to play it, let alone to write it. George’s finest, I think.
Phenomenal tone, top notch phrasing, and that inimitable vibrate. Lynch brought his A game when that album was recorded!🤘🏼
