Hmmm , mine was shipped complete , meaning I didn’t have to do anything to set it up . It was wrapped in plastic in a box. I’m glad you enjoyed the content. I would contact Grip Eq about your issue . I literally opened the box and starting using it . No install
i am having some struggles getting the inside plate that makes the bag stand up to get in the pockets. :O any tips? Good video
