Ingredients for lemon rice :-
Water 2 ltr to boil rice
Rice 500 grm (Parboiled rice)
Salt 3/4 tbsp
Egg 4
for lemon rice:-
Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli 4
Bengal Gram dal 1 tbsp
Raw ground nut 25 grm
Curry leaves 30
Ginger 1 small piece
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Water 100 ml
Lemon 1
Ghee 1 tbsp
Badam 10
Cashew 10
For masala egg
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 2 pinch
Salt 2 pinch
Cumin 1 pinch
Coriander powder 2 pinch
Red Chilli powder 1/4 tbsp

பாய் முட்டையை தனியாக வேகவைத்து சமைக்கவும்...முட்டையை வேகவைக்கும்போது அதில் இருந்து வரும் ரசாயணம் இறந்த உடலை கழுவிய நீருக்கு சமம்..அது சாதத்தில் கலந்தால் நாம் உண்ணும் உணவு நஞ்சாக தான் இருக்கும்...எனவே நேரம் ஆனாலும் தனியாக சமைத்து உண்பது உடல் நலத்திற்கு நல்லது...😊

Bhai if the egg cracks while boiling or if the egg has a crack then everything will get mixed with the rice. The flavour will spoil everything. Pls boil the egg separately. It's very risky to boil together.
