முந்திரி / Cashewnut - 1/4 Spoon
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கடுகு / Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram Dal - 1/2 Spoon
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 1/2 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 3
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil - 1 Spoon
எலுமிச்சை / Lemon - 1
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/4 Spoon
வேர்க்கடலை / Groundnut - 1 Spoon
வேகவைத்த அரிசி / Boiled Rice - 1 Cup
