    Great job! Bravo! I will need to do this to a bulk coffee grinder that is running way too fast for home use.
    I could use a voltage regulator but I would lose the torque needed to function the device efficienly and effectively. Now I know how to do it. Thanks!

      Are you sure it's a 3 phase motor?

    Hi, I have the same Harrison lathe with the same 1.5HP 3 Phase 440v motor, did you wire the motor in Delta mode or leave it in the deafult Star configuration where it only has 3 wires inside the motor, I also want to connect a VFD? Thanks

      I have posted a video of the motor refurbishment in one of my playlists. Either my lathe playlist or motors or both. I can’t recall checking the configuration but you might be able to identify it
