I’m not a religious person, but lately, I haven’t been able to stop thinking of the Virgin Mary. I've become highly interested on all things Catholic, I wonder what it could all mean.
c L I think Mary is helping to bring you to Jesus. I would start praying the rosary and asking Mary to help you get close to him and to help you understand why you’re thinking this. God Bless ❤️
c L You are being drawn to Catholicism to my belief, as the other guy said start praying the rosary and also pray to jesus if you think you are ready get baptized 😃
c L I love Mary she's amazing! She is trying to call u to Gods church you should look into Catholic apologetics if you're unsure and try praying the rosary or praying a novena. Feel free to ask me any questions if u have them. God bless 💜
c L Try talking to her and ask her about your thoughts. She listens, intercedes, and helps us to find an answer. This month, May is Holy Mary's month. We, Catholics venerate her by making an altar and praying the Rosary daily. Some of us pray the Rosary while driving, standing on line (while keeping social distance). Perhaps, you should do that as well. God bless!
I am Vegan and a Buddhist. But lately I have been drawn to Saint Francis of Assisi because he was the patron saint of animals, and from there to the rosary, and to Mary, and now I too am interested in all things Catholic. .... also just wondering what all this means Lol ! I’ve spent the whole day today researching everything Catholic!
Fr. Mike is an amazing priest and speaker. I always learn from him. We are truly inspired by him and his insights help my family when we started our ministry as we go on our missions during our first years. Our episodes are a fruit of his homilies. We love his preaching gifts. We are truly blessed that he continually says "Yes" to our Lord.
@@bluebear7061 Yes all these priests we are listening to are Holy and speak so well. However, I find that the Bishop Fulton Sheen tv videos are among the best we can learn from. Bishop Sheen was literally a genius who used his talents to teach us about God and his church.
Gotta say, the videos from Fr. Mike on this channel have been phenomenal for me. Was raised Christian but turned away from God/The Chruch around age 14. Twelve years later I felt spiritually dead within and very lost, well before the whole epidemic. Finding these videos has helped so much in getting back into consuming God's word, praying, and surrounding myself in content that promotes the Lord. And it feels pretty good!
Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary mother of God pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Our former pastor, who is basically retired now, taught the church how to pray the LOTH. Now he and my friend are also teaching me how to pray it. Our priests lead it in the mornings before daily Mass and at the Adoration Chapel in the evenings. I *love* those prayers. I am so looking forward to getting back to all of it again. Thank you, Fr. Mike, for all your wonderful videos.
The way I see it, these four essentials can be seen to reflect the four marks of the Church: "One" - Communal life "Holy" - Prayer "Catholic" - "The breaking of the bread" AKA The Eucharist "Apostolic" - The teachings of the Apostles/The Magisterium It makes sense that this would be our "soil", since they are a bedrock of our Creed. This is probably intentional and maybe even obvious, but just pointing it out! :) AMDG
Or the 'four pillars' of the Church. The apostles' teaching corresponds to the 'Creed' or what we believe. Communal life corresponds to the 'Commandments' or how we live Christian lives. The breaking of the bread, of course, corresponds to 'Sacraments' or how we celebrate our faith. And prayers are self explanatory (obviously corresponding to the 'Prayer' pillar.
P. Mike: Your videos are effective in motivating us to the spiritual life. It would be beneficial for thousands of people if their videos had cc in Spanish.
Thank you for your good soul and teachings of our Catholic faith. I was a lost lamb and I chock up with tears because Jesus is completely in my life . I can get enough of everything about him. Mother Mary and all the angels and saints .
I feel sadness at the moment that I can't attend my own Church here in the UK, due to the pandemic. Can our Catholic Churches even survive this horrible period? Each month I give the same amount of money I give in the offertory through online banking. I hope everyone else can look into doing the same so our churches can be waiting for us all when the lockdowns are lifted. God Bless!
If the powers of Satan will not prevail against the church, then the Corona Virus doesn't stand a chance. These are hard times but please, keep the faith! God Bless!
Thank you Father Mike for everything that you do for God and the church you are so Awesome and an inspiration to so many of us , God bless you and your loved ones.
I love my God and His body, The Church, I follow the Teachings from my childhood. I thank God I received a sound and True foundation from the Baltimore Catechism of the Holy Catholic Church.
