- Check out the ultra luxurious 2023 Mercedes Benz S580 with AMG Line package and so many options! Coming in at over 6 figures, does the new Mercedes S Class have what it takes? This new S580 has a classy style on the exterior with chrome trim and a charcoal gray paint. We even get a massive v liter bi-turbo V8 with mild hybrid system and 4Matic AWD with all wheel steering. The interior had gorgeous Nappa leather finished in red with quilted stitching and ambient lighting all around! The inside of the new 2022 Mercedes S580 is just stunning! I really like the new infotainment system as well. There is a lot of information but it's laid out very nicely and is easy to learn how to use and operate while driving. In the new Mercedes S580 you get a comfortable ride with the air ride suspension and it just glides over bumps. The V8 packs a punch and the 9 speed is super smooth for the transmission. The new Mercedes S580 really is a top notch luxury car! I would like center cup holder in the rear seats tho and automatic functions to close the doors. I think that would but the extra touches on the S Class to make it perfect! The MSRP is $135,000 and I think it's well priced. The Audi S8 can be spec'd for the same money and will have a lot more performance, but it just won't be this comfortable. The 2023 BMW 760i can be spec'd right with the Mercedes and does offer a few nice luxury touches like automatically opening and closing doors. But the Mercedes offers a really nice extra touch of comfort. SO I think the S Class Mercedes is priced well and while it sacrifices a bit of performance it makes up for the extra comfortable aspects. Very nice car for sure! @@smkbeatbox I do, it was a complimentary service drive by the Mercedes dealership. I wanted some backseat experience time so I asked if one of them could drive my home lol. Plus I was scared of driving it out of the dealer. 😂
143 K man that is a lot of dollars. For 122 K you hadjad a full option 760i. Too late now.

I just bought one myself . I'm Mercedes guy. Black on black. I gave 139, I have lots cars I'm a collector . But this has now become one of my favorite Automobile. The ride is so smooth. Go drive one , you want be disappointed

Bought one a couple months ago in diamond white with macchiato interior. It's quickly becoming my favorite car I ever owned. I had a 16 S550. I thought it was awesome, but this one is even better.

Just got back from the dealer looking at the 2024. All I can say is wow, Mercedes is definitely a notch above the rest. Some would say just as nice as a rolls. I’m coming from a 2022 S560

I sold my 2017 a 500 for a 2021 Lexus LS 500 and drive it for 15 month. The Lexus is a nice car and reliable but it’s not the same as Mercedes. Trades in for a 2023 black on black S580. Love it!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah 680 has all the options checked and the V12 but if you get a 580 with all the options checked, I guess the only difference is the extra $60,000 for for extra cylinders

The 2020 design is 3x better.
Not to say this is a bad car... but I don't like the design language. They went from classic to basic luxury.

I expect a better looking car on the outside, it reminds me of a old Mercedes smh. That grille is a big no. The inside is everything tho.
Mercedes is geared towards elegance and being classy, but maybe they could update a few things.
I wouldn't mind leasing a Benz but I wouldn't want to buy one unless I could pay it off outright.
Yeah not a bad way to go. However you'd spend a lot to rent it basically. A good CPO would be the best bet. Under warranty and already hit the depreciation
@BrosFOURRSpeed I mostly don't want to pay the insane maintenance costs. Which is why I'll never own one. They're cool cars for sure but I think I'll stick with JDMs.
Yeah good point. I think brand or a few year old ones tho aren't too bad. Audi and BMW are pretty easy to keep running. The higher end cars might cost a bit. But mid level Euro cars aren't bad at all
CPO is the way to go. I'm on my third CPO S-Class. The one I just bought is a '22 with a sticker price of $136k and only had 7k miles on it. I paid $105k. The Mercedes CPO warranty adds a year on to the factory warranty and makes the warranty unlimited mileage. That makes the warranty on a CPO better than new.
I'm on my third S-Class, a 13 S550 then an '16 S550 and now a '22 S580. The 13 had a suspension issue just shortly out of warranty and cost me $3k to get it fixed, but other than that I haven't had any insane maintenance costs. An oil change is $275 but you only do it every 10k miles, so not bad when you put it into perspective. @@herrgodfrey9563

idk about that. When I worked at a dealer, all of the Mercedes cars we got had so many electrical issues. I would never buy an older one. Such junk. The new ones seem way more reliable and trouble free
