    Yogi!!.....
What type of solder do you recommend and should flux be used w soybean base insulation? Do you shrink tube ea strand or tape? I’m starting a project myself.
    Thanks for a reply.

I used rosin core solder and flux yes. Not sure about the soybean insulation question. I used heat shrink tube I got at the big box hardware store. Good questions!

That's pretty impressive. If I was the one repairing that bike they could have dug its grave it would have never lived again.

That's a crap load of wires. Seems like a good winter project. And don't buy cheap bars, is the take away.

I made the mistake of doing mine on my RG...lost comm to right side. Bought new wires, ran em and still dead...now to pay someone like I should've in the first place

At least these were not meat hooks... There are way too many wires on these new bikes. Refer to th-cam.com/video/AQhX8MLH_fg/w-d-xo.html for a simpler bike. I am pretty sure there are only about 10 wires for everything and none of them are hidden... If your going to do more wires you might want to invest in a smoke machine, so if you ever let the smoke out of the wires you can fill them back up. Nice job and the whole copy right thing is a little overboard.

Nothing wrong with that weld it's impossible to grind off the inside of a weld no matter how good or bad the weld
