One of my favorite songs by this group. It's a bitter sweet for me. My baby brother called me in 1977 to ask me if I heard this song? I said no. You'll love this group, sis! There was 10 yrs difference in age. We both loved collecting record albums. I lost him to colon cancer in Nov 2023. Love you, my little brother. RIP Andy ❤️ 😪
Dreams was a #1 song in 1977 from the album Rumours, it is still one of the top 10 best selling albums of all time. The Chain. Landslide. Gold Dust Woman. Rhiannon (live 1976) are all great. i have been a big fan of hers since 1976, and got to meet her around ten years ago at a DVD signing...bucket list moment!
Stevie Nicks was the first one who said, "Players only love you when you're playing." Waaaaaaaay back in the 1970's. That was waaaay before anyone talked about players.
@@Retroearthling u sure are trolling a lot of comments. Seems like you got a personal problem with her, like you're the one who lived thru it 🤔 im pretty sure we all know what she meant by 'players'. And it isn't what you're saying. Seen in another comment you all defensive over Lindsey. Wasnt your life so why even bother being all huffy and puffy, bands break up and change members all the time over personal reasons. They're humans, not robots who can ignore feelings. Stevie is a legend, so is Fleetwood Mac, which includes Lindsey, but life changes.
I’m so proud that the younger people are finding out about these groups from the 70s in the 80s.I’ve been at Mackie for over 40 years.Check out the song “Stand back”.She collaborated with my cousin on this particular song.
Respect Brother I salute I grew up listening to this as a child in mom an pops house... Good music is good music period. With has no color boundaries... I get goosebumps listening to James Brown to this day.. Its a shame our government turns our ppl into hating each other. Love and peace Brother!💪🏻👍🏻✊🏻💓
I like that you don’t stop the video and your really listening to the music, thank you. She’s amazing! I’m glad to be old now to have been young in the 70’s and 80’s! I wouldn’t change it for the world.
Both of those things always existed in recordings. Auto tune can just simply be called pitch correction which a lot of artists use even if they can sing well. She has reverb and vocal effects while singing this. People who don't understand how music is recorded always say this kind of dumb shit.
She never left Fleetwood Mac....to this day they are together. She does solo albums and tours on tje side of touring with Fleetwood Mac because she said in an interview years ago that sje writes so many songs and waiting every couple years to put 3 or 4 on the bands album isnt enough for her...since there have been two other writers all along besides her in FM. Last year she said she couldnt be on stage witj lindsey anymore the guitarist....they were a couple before joining FM and broke up during making of the Rumours album which this song is from that album. She wrote this song about Lindsey Buckingham...the guy in the white suit. And he wrote Go your own Way to her. He was heart broken over her for past 30plus years but still stayed in band together until last year. He finally got married in like 2000....she never really did...and i believe she regrets it. You definately need to xheck out Silver Springs from The Dance Live performance. She sings right to him after he finally moved on that he will never get over her basically. INTENSE!!
@@abracadabra3033 What Lindsey fans like to omit is that he allegedly abused her. That drives a lot of the conflict in their back story. Plus, he was rather arrogant. I don't follow him, so maybe he's gotten over that. Stevie has been inducted into the Hall of Fame twice, once with FM & once on her own-the only woman who's done so. Bitter Lindsey fans hate Stevie because "she got him fired"; but the rest of the band chose her over him, so that will tell you something about where their loyalties and priorities are.
The original Fleetwood Mac band with Peter Green, Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer (before Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined); they were basically a blues band and they were fire.
I grew up to these guys. I could always knw tht my mom was in a gud mood whn I wake up to all the curtains open and Fleetwood mac b playin. And BeeGees.
I want to just say hearing their songs for years and these days just clicking on you tube links to time travel back with these great songs But Lindsay on guitar no pick and Mick on drums is so tight and Mcvee on Bass is so so tight and put those ladies voices and musical abilties to it and seriously some beautiful chemistry getting mixed in there at a time where there was no auto tune now digitization of instruments to the levels today
Stevie wrote this song in 10 minutes in Sly Stones black velvet studio...this song was wrote to Lindsay Buckingham the guy in white on Stevies left slide
Great sound for a live performance considering this was in the late 70's. These guys were true masters of their profession.. Lindsay Buckingham's Guitar (underrated), Christine McVie on backing vocals, Mick Fleetwood & John McVie on drums & base.. and of course Stevie.. what a voice. Fleetwood Mac hit the jackpot when Buckingham & Nicks joined in 75, despite that, by the time this song came out they had broken up.
Stevie is one of a kind. So much more to sample. May I recommend Rihannon (live version Midnight Special). She let's it all out on that song. All live. Thanks for the good vibes. ❤️
I was at the 2019 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame awards in NYC and saw Stevie Nick's perform this song. 😍 Brings tears everytime! Miss Fleetwood Mac! They gave amazing performances. Check out some of their live stuff. ☺ Glad you like her & Fleetwood Mac! 🐰 #ENRGYZRBunny
Great reaction man, I’m loving your channel! You should check out the studio version of this song... it’s one of the most perfect songs ever recorded. This live version is really good but the studio version gives me chills.
First off, you have such a nice property to film on. So much beautiful nature, you are very blessed. Can I ask about that avatar symbol? Are you a Thelemite? Possibly some kind of golden dawn related group? I recognize the individual symbols of the eye of RA and ouroboros and these runes but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them all together on the hexagram like this. It’s cool if it’s a secret. Great reaction for a great song. Much respect.
Another great Fleetwood Mac song is Hypnotized. Treat your ears and give it a listen. I believe that it was recorded in a period, pre Stevie Nicks. During the time of the great Bob Welch.
Stevie is the only female to ever be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of fame TWICE. Once in Fleetwood Mac & as a solo artist. She and the guitarist were together for 8 years. She wrote this song about the ending of their relationship. The "player" you laughed about is him. 😂🤣😂 Taylor Swift says she writes songs about her ex's. Stevie makes her ex sing to it. 😂🤣😂 Stevie is my FAVORITE female vocalist ever. I've loved her my whole life. Check out "Rhiannon" ❤
beautiful voice .... my favorite female vocalist growing up ... sad the video you used to do your 'reaction' to was during her bad cocaine years when her voice and tone was lessened by her addiction. Still a beautiful soul with a songstress voice to this day
Fleetwood Mac - Little lies. What a chorus man! It must have been a huge hit back in the 80s because even i recognized it, as a 2000s kid. check it out
Check out Rhiannon Live 1976! The Baseline from the Drummer Mic Fleetwood and Base Guitar John MacVie is crazy. Im surprised it hasnt been sampled . Maybe it has?
Love Mike Myers joke that if you lived in the suburbs in the late 70s/Early 80s you were "issued" a copy of Fleetwood Mac's white album. It just showed up in your mailbox.
If you like old school lady singers, try The Carpenters,"Superstar". I'm about your age, so if you like Stevie Nicks, you'll love Karen Carpenter. She sadly died in 1982 , age 32 , from anorexia. But the catalogue of music she left behind is amazing. Voice like an angel. Peace...
I love Fleetwood Mac and a lot of people will probably request Stevie heavy vocals (which I love), but my favorite Fleetwood Mac song is 'Never Going Back Again". The guitar on it is incredible in my opinion and the song I think is awesome. Would you please react to it? I haven't seen anyone react to it yet. Thank you!
Fleetwood Mac - Sisters of the Moon. Live version if you can. There are also two studio versions (remastered and the original). Do any of them that you want lol!
Hello again, Abracadabra 303 ! Say, I don't know if you know 'Taj Mahal', you probably do, but if you don't you might like to check him out! "Clara (St Kitts Woman)": for example or, "Taj Mahal meets the Culture Musical Club of Zanzibar, song: "Catfish Blues"" or my all time favourite: "Cajun Waltz" that last song has made me cry so many times, releasing something deep within, true healing song!
Are you a fan of Fleetwood Mac's now? 😉💜🎵🎶🎼🤟 Lindsey Buckingham is a phenomenal guitarist and criminally underrated!!!💜💜💜💜 All the band members are amazing....but imagine living in Stevie's shadow!!!! Fleetwood Mac has a huge collection of incredible songs. Some of the best hits: "The Chain", "Tusk", "Landslide".
Thanks for telling me which songs to check for , I appreciate it,
@@abracadabra3033 Their album titled "Rumors" is one of the top selling albums of all time. Virtually every song on that album is on point.
ccbig1966 Rumors, ok cool
You should react to Harry styles - the chain fleetwood Mac cover it was awesome
I love watching men hear Stevie singing for the first time. Every time - I see them fall under her spell
Stevie Nicks has one of the most unique voices in music.. the second she sings two words you know it's her.

Totally jealous. She has it all, incredible voice, stage presence and beauty!
@ccbig1966 quintessential rock chick.
Can’t go wrong with any of the songs off Rumours album (this is one of those). Also “Tusk” from the album of the same name is brilliant.
Stevie Nicks was the first one who said, "Players only love you when you're playing." Waaaaaaaay back in the 1970's. That was waaaay before anyone talked about players.

Fleetwood Mac's entire catalog is phenomenal!! Stevie is a righteous chic!! They are one of my all-time favorites
i could watch you rock out and react to music all day long. please keep it up
Dude. THANK YOU so much for not pausing during the music.
❤ My daughter's middle name is Rhiannon, inspired by the live version from The Dance tour. I'm glad you like them.. Stevie is magic ❤️
I love Stevie ✌🏾🙏
stevie nicks kills this
Indeed
Stevie is a beast..♥️ her voice and style...incredible songwriter as well
Love the chirping birds in the background. At the end they came so peaceful, perfect ending
An incredible mix of talent, drugs, voodoo, being in the sense of the music they're making... makes this performance hypnotic.
Its just a whole fking vibe! When I'm stressed at work I play this to decompress

I use to see Stevie & Lindsay ( Fleetwood mac guitarist) in Hollywood @ the whiskey before them joining Fleetwood mac they were " Buckingham- Nicks"
Great reaction. Try Gypsy, Rhiannon, Edge of Seventeen. Fleetwood Mac has so many great songs. Thank you for bringing them back.

No auto tune or studio manufactured B.S. Like the garbage that passes for so called music today. Keep up the good work !
Thank you , and definitely agree about the auto tune

Stevie is my girl ! Thank you for the reaction !
Fleetwood Mac singing Rhiannon live on the Midnight Special 1976......Stevie's best live performance on TH-cam

Should have reacted to her doing Rhiannon live from the Midnight special where stevie uses her vocal skills heavily.
You must please do "Landslide"
This was when Stevie was kinda in a dark place in her personal life. But she kept performance together.
try Landslide by Fleetwood Mac about a life that fell apart yet somehow continued
