Magnetar 117 Kesha was raped/abused mentally, emotionally and sexually by her producer Dr.Luke who controlled her entire career from 2009-2016. She almost died from an eating disorder because him and his team constantly berated her weight and size and forced her to go on juice cleanses and major diets to keep skinny for the media. She went to Rehab and got the help she needed to get through it. Also, he drugged her, raped her and silenced her from coming forward sooner by threatening her career and family, he withheld royalties from music and touring from her and her team. He forced her to make music she didn’t want to make, and didn’t allow her to release any solo music from Late 2013 to mid 2017 because she came forward. She was literally not allowed to release music or sing her own songs on tour, so she went on a tour and redid her old songs so that she could legally sing them. It helped her pay the millions of dollars in court bills she acquired after she sued him for assault and he sued her back, its still an ongoing suit.

There has been so many people that have come out about their abuse over the years I guess her's just missed me. but wow I mean I have never not liked her but I never really focused on her. I liked hearing her stuff sometimes, but never really became a big fan. So I have to say just a person I have real respect for her. Glad that she doing better, and hope she continues to do so.

@@Ohsolovely2 Peoples faces don't become thinner like that when you're not on drugs. It's literally a symptom of most heavy drug use. And just because you're told she's sober now, doesn't mean she is. Sobriety is a constant battle that most people lose more day to day fights than they win. I'm telling you this not as someone who's ever done hard drugs but as someone who's been surrounded by it. Ive seen the suburban moms that hide it all the way up to the people who lost their minds on meth and we're severe schizophrenic nut jobs trying to get sober. I've busted down bathroom a door to save a man overdosing on heroin while his 6 year old son was alone in the next room. She doesn't come off to me as someone who's all good right now. But that's just my opinion. Either way, i dont think beauty is about having a skinny face or wearing a palet of make up and designer clothes. That's all very superficial. And if im going on superficiality she was prettier before the drugs restructured her face and the subsequent plastic surgery, before it caused her to lose teeth and made her a lil koo-koo for cocopuffs. But, she wanted to be famous, she just flew too close to the sun.

I used to think I was ahead, I had a computer in the house in 1984 or so and was programming soon after, and had my own computer in 1994, way ahead of most kids my age. Kesha’s a cool person. Her album Warrior is my favorite. Her music really moves and inspires me. I’ve always been shy and struggled with my self esteem, and she makes songs that are so unapologetically weird and proud. She celebrates herself and every time I hear her songs I want to celebrate myself. Her music gives me confidence.
