I sent one of the “one moment form every episode of community” videos to a buddy who I had shown the first two episodes to. He just replied, “oh my god, this show looks insane” lol
Okay so if I got this right, five rule the school, this includes roughly 10 people, out of which we know the names of Shirley, Abed, Ben, Hickey and Koogler. Then there's the four, they hang out around the fives and have pretty luxurious lives, just not the perfect ones of a five. Threes have decent lives, not good but not bad, they can get a taste of the fives and fours by acting as their guards and enforcers. Twos have a shitty life, and love apples, they get to handle chores for the fives and fours. Ones aren't even allowed inside the school. Did I get that right?
Sam Adams Oh I very much know and love the show. I was just writing out how the system seemed to work for this episode as it is mostly very vague, for example the difference in power between fives and fours.
the fact that they cut out the swearing really made the stand up a stand up snd when everyone laughs at apples i can't help my self and I just burst out
This whole episode reminds me of an old movie I saw a few years back called Logan's Run. For you youngins who have no idea what the hell I am talking about, Logan's Run is a movie about a futuristic society of hedonistic pre-teens and 20 somethings. They have this hierarchy where your worth is based off your age. When a citizen reaches the age of 30, they have to submit themselves for what is basically an execution. Anyone that tries to run are hunted down by a group of hunters known as Sandman. Now what I found funny about this particular scene is the guards are dressed exactly like the Sandmen.
A little piece of trivia, the first performer is named Jordanblum, which is one of the writers for the show. He’s not actually Jordan Blum but he has his name.
When he's crouching over the stool all I am thinking about is him decompressing into a He-man pose because the tension feeds that physical action.. Then he launches into He-man with one of dem apples!!! I bust a gut laughing 😃 🦸♂️😂
