It took me until my third rewatch of the show to realize that Jim Rash is perfect in every second he's on screen. There is not a single wasted inflection/body movement/etc. Dean Pelton is probably my favorite side character of all time.

There was the whole thing where they revealed the acb was a huge Dave Matthews fan after reviewing his letters. Then during the party to celebrate his capture they were playing a Dave Matthews song and Star Burns didn't recognize the song
