Danzig is certainly a band to explore. One of my favorite bands in fact, that combines blues, hard rock, heavy metal, and even 50's rock/soul akin to Roy Orbison masterfully. And Glenn Danzig is a very talented lyricist. The first four albums are something special. If I may recommend: "How the Gods Kill", "Her Black Wings", "Soul On Fire" is where you're going to hear some of his rock-vocalist range. Also, "Sistinas" and "Blood and Tears" are beautiful old-school ballads he sings beautifully.

Awe yeah, in your face badassery, holds no bounds. Fantastic reaction ❤ HENRY ROLLINS : LIAR MARKEY MARK : GOOD VIBRATIONS. When you get a chance 😊 You’re incredible Keep it up 👍
I love your reaction to the singer lol. I remember when I first saw it, when it originally came out, and I was quite taken aback myself to note the difference between him and the typical rock & roll singer of the time and those that came before. In my day most rockers got their sustained energy from certain substances, and if they needed a boost while on the road, they just added more substances, until they virtually withered away. See David Gahan of Depeche Mode, who snorted his way through a number of tours and albums, and the Rolling Stones who subsisted on downer-type drugs most the day until they had to go onstage, at which point they pumped their noses and what was left of their brains full of... other stuff on their 70s tours.
Glenn Danzig (vocals) is legendary for his vocals, his career and his rather difficult personality... 😁 Danzig was the 3rd band he had formed in his life in 1988 w/ John Christ (guitar), Eerie Von (bass) and Chuck Biscuits (drums)... but the line-up changed frequently after 1995. Glenn Danzig first found fame w/ punk rock legends The Misfits in 1977, until he acrimoniously left the band in 1983... He formed the gothic rock band Samhain in the 80's and they were short-lived. Producer Rick Rubin met Glenn Danzig in 1988 and convinced him to disband Samhain and form Danzig and signed to his label American Recordings ... 'Mother' was from their '88 debut album as Glenn assumed the persona of 'evil Elvis'... However, after 4 Danzig albums, Glenn's relationship w/ Rubin deteriorated and he ended his tenure w/ American Recordings... Danzig carried on w/ numerous members and has a total of 11 studio albums of dark, gothic heavy rock. Recently, Glenn Danzig reunited w/ The Misfits to play occasional shows.
That was not what I was expecting, but that song was great and very impressive. Loved the energy of it, and the energy of your reaction and engagement with the song. No judgment on your preferences, even identifying as a straight main he definitely looks good.
I have seen recent clips of Glenn in concert and am really glad that his vocal quality has improved. He went through a few years where he sounded really rough. Now he sounds like the early days and it sounds great.

Lol! My former roommate's sister had the same reaction when she saw this video for the first time in our apartment on MTV in 1995! You will surely like Type O Negative's 'Love You to Death' as well. Cheers!
I was gonna say, "Wolf Moon."
😂😂😂 Take a deep breath sweetheart!!! Glen is the shit!!! This is true!! Been rocking this jam since '93 and it still hasn't lost its edge yet!!!! KICK-ASS TUNE!!! 🤘🤘🤘
danzig singing with misfits / die die my darling is a must play
New Jersey legend. I got to see him back in '95. Danzig headlined, Marilyn Manson with Korn opening. Such a great show.
Checkout Danzig's band Samhain
Danzig's "How The Gods Kill" has gotta be next, right?!
Great reaction😃 Sistinas would be a cool Danzig song to check out 😎
You should check Misfits
Awe yeah, in your face badassery, holds no bounds.
Fantastic reaction ❤
HENRY ROLLINS : LIAR
MARKEY MARK : GOOD VIBRATIONS. When you get a chance 😊
You’re incredible
Keep it up 👍
They call him Evil Elvis! Gotta check out more from Danzig 1-3
Aileen has discovered Danzig, awesome! 🤘
Aileen has a Glen crush I think... 🤣💪
Yes at 6:56 she wet her panties
Until she realizes that she's taller than him...
Could it be? Are you blushing a bit? Great reaction. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
She Rides is one of the sexiest metal songs to ever exist. Treat yourself.
Glad people who don't know this era of punk/rock are starting to listen to this stuff.
Also good to know what Aileen's type is 🤣
Great album, my favourite track is Tired Of Being Alive.
Glenn Danzig is a living legend and pioneer of both metal AND punk rock. Freaking LEGEND!
Girl you’re mouth was open during the song. 😂
he was in the punk band The Misfits
That was not what I was expecting, but that song was great and very impressive. Loved the energy of it, and the energy of your reaction and engagement with the song. No judgment on your preferences, even identifying as a straight main he definitely looks good.
How the gods kill is probably my favorite from Danzig
Danzig is amazing!!! Iconic song choice!!! 😊🤘🤘 I highly recommend Her Black Wings next. I adore your reactions always beautiful Aileen!!! 🤘🤘🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Danzig "Sistinas" . "Left Hand Black" & his cover of Black Sabbath's N.I.B. (NSFW version) 🤘
Oh yeah. Sistinas is probably my favorite Danzig song.
this tune rules, Danzig is rock n roll af (Elvis/Jim Morrison/heavy metal/all the power and rebellion and danger of it) ... hell yeah, great stuff 🔥
How the Gods Kill is a must!
Great reaction, Danzig- How the gods kill is a must listen! 🤘🏻👍🏻❤️
This is danzigs most popular but far from their best, check out "how the gods kill" or "devils playing" or "godless" among many others
I have seen recent clips of Glenn in concert and am really glad that his vocal quality has improved. He went through a few years where he sounded really rough. Now he sounds like the early days and it sounds great.
The moisture rises !
Yes at 6:56 she wet her panties

The first time hearing Danzig can be such a wild thing, especially in the throes of autumn decay.
I absolutely adore his first three albums...
Her Black Wings, Twist of Cain, She Rides, Blood and Tears... there's a lot to love if you dig it
Under her black wings
Danzig is originally from the band the "Misfits". You should definitely check them out.
Twist of Cain...
Play Twist of Cain live tends to make people's shoes fly off
Glenn Danzig was the confounder of an awesome horror punk band called Misfits, check it out. They have a song called halloween which is fitting for this time of the year
Danzig? Lead singer of the Misfits? Sometimes I can't believe these people have never heard of bands that are in the forefront of their genre.
