    Oh Robynn!!! In my circles I am known as Crafty Sue! I love doing crafts as much as I love OCC ❤. I am a Child and Youth Mental Health worker so I am always looking for things to do with my clients and community service projects are some of my favorites 😂!!!!

      I love it!!!! I bet they can make these. They are really easy! (My craft room is bigger than my OCC room 😳) #HobbyGirl

      I think Volunteering at the Processing Center is my favorite thing about OCC. And I love seeing all the fillers.

      I got that stapler at DAISO. I love DAISO for crafting items so affordable, if you have one near you I totally recommend it. I used to get in soooo much "trouble" because my DIASO is next to a Tuesday Morning. But after Tuesday Morning changed their crafty stash during the pandemic I quit going there.

    Robynn, I was thinking of doing this with my paper towel rolls, but the tp rolls are more plentiful at my house. Thanks for this fun and helpful video. You did an awesome job!!!. Those folders adorable. I really like the idea of making them to match a theme box and as filler.

    I see a use for my washi tape...decorate toilet paper rolls... or maybe I will get some old gift cards and wrap those with the tape so the kids can play with the tape... hmmm... the ideas.

    Thanks for doing this video Robynn. I'm gonna try some of these booklets. When you roll the paper for fillers, do you send that as is ??

    • @mattmanandrobynn
      @mattmanandrobynn  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey Judy. I sure do. I pack them in a box labeled filler and put all the paper rolls right in there.
      I’m thinking I might try and put a small pencil pack in the center and paper clip it to the pepper roll, but I haven’t tried that yet so I don’t know if it works. 🤷‍♀️

  • @Kit.Nicole
    @Kit.Nicole 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nice and simple! Instead of wrapping paper you could also use the funky duck tape.
    I need to get one of those trimmers. I have to take some paper to the church to use the big trimmer there 😆
    😳WHERE IN THE WORLD did you get that stapler from?!

    • @mattmanandrobynn
      @mattmanandrobynn  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha. I got that stapler from the Japanese Dollar Store called DAISO. It’s my favorite store in the whole world. (Literally)

    One question and one suggestion. Why do you cut the paper? Couldn't you just fold the 12 x 12 and not cut anything off? Suggestion: I make these kind of booklets but I do half white paper and half colored paper. Assorted colors of copy paper are fairly cheap by the ream. It makes for a more colorful book. I have just used plain color cardstock but your scrapbook paper is such a better idea. Thank you.

    • @mattmanandrobynn
      @mattmanandrobynn  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes we could fold the paper and that’s a great idea for people with out a trimmer. I cut the paper off because it becomes cumbersome and bulky down near the folder flap. 😊
