  • Ingredients:
    1 cup wheat flour (aata)
    ½ cup butter
    ½ cup jaggery powder
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    Water or milk (as needed)
    Steps:
    Start by taking butter in a bowl.
    Add jaggery powder to the butter and mix well until smooth.
    After mixing, add the cocoa powder and stir until combined.
    Then, add baking soda and mix thoroughly.
    Gradually add wheat flour to the mixture, blending everything together.
    Slowly add water or milk (as needed) and knead it into a dough-like consistency.
    Preheat a pan or kadhai and place the cookies on a plate or tray.
    Cook the cookies in the preheated pan on low flame for about 30 minutes or until fully baked.
    These cookies are a healthier alternative to regular sugar-laden cookies, as they use jaggery and whole wheat, making them rich in nutrients while still being delicious.
