स्वादिष्ट और झटपट पोहा रेसिपी | नाश्ते का बेहतरीन विकल्प | Quick and Tasty Poha Recipe

- Ingredients:
Flattened rice (Poha)
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
5-7curry leaves
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1 medium-sized potato, peeled and diced
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Wash the Poha:
Rinse 2 cups of flattened rice (poha) in water. Drain the water and set the poha aside.
Prepare the tempering:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add 8-10 curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
Add finely chopped onion and diced potato to the pan.
Saute until the onions turn translucent and the potatoes are cooked.
Spice it up:
Add 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and salt to taste.
Stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the rinsed poha to the pan and mix well with the spiced onion and potato mixture.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with Roasted peanuts and fresh coriander leaves.
Optionally, you can squeeze some lemon juice over it for a tangy flavor.
