I can see this being the future. You have a robot at your house It can perform some task autonomously but you can also hop into it and pilot it out in the real world If need be. Great idea please make it work! Piloting the robot seems to be a great way to train it how to do something. You show it how to do it a few times and then It should be able to carry on without you.
