    Any pointers on how to not crouch and have a arched back while crossing the ball between the legs ?

    • @louisgamercool2324
      @louisgamercool2324 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      practice sumo squats but dont bend your back at all and dangle your arms to the floor. Try touching the ground with just your fingertips and come back up. after doing this without arching your back progress to lunges and dangle your arms and try to touch the ground again without arching your back. I had this same problem and did this to fix it.

  • @sidmichael1158

    Best way to dribble is to stop looking at the ground when you dribble.
    Always have your head up.

    Once my great great coach said, you never need to practice bullshit things, you only need to practice what you think you need or the move you sure gonna be used in game other things are things which brings you out of the game and your style, out of your style practice are not bad those are just not practical or essential.

      Any age, train progressively. Just let them shoot whatever range they can and slowly go higher so they keep the same mechanics.

    • @gregllo424
      @gregllo424 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’d say 6-7+

    • @cordova2593
      @cordova2593 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I say focus on mechanics because when your younger it’s easier to teach yourself things, and if your already disciplining yourself in shooting by 6-7, you will be a beast by 13 with high chances to go far with sports
