@@sadityah8198 took me like as little as 2 days to notice that my strength and coordination in my handle got better but in order to have a really controlled and elite handle you have to know when to use it how fast to use it and be smooth with it which takes time

Dw, you actually did a great job and made it pretty easy to understand But in the one you wrote “1 in n out 1 dribble and under drag”, it’s in n out, between the legs, then 1 dribble and next step you take is the underdrag, you just missed the between right after the in n out Also as a side note, when I read it the “turn” at the start was a bit confusing so, if you want, you could change that to in n out and the one leg wrap you can call as you want haha i don’t know wether it has an actual name I always see people call it differently, and you could include the hip switch in the last one if you want Sorry for being such a pain the ass with those last “side notes”, it’s just something I noticed when watching the video, you can avoid them if you want Regardless, thanks for this, saved me and probably others a bunch of time, appreciate it!
The pounds are a good way for beginners to get the ball on a string. V dribbles in and out crossovers all stationary til you get really good at it. Between the legs and behind the back as well then work on combos stationary. I highly recommend putting a plastic bag on your ball so you don’t have as much grip or spin. That’s a great start.
quick question: i’m 5 foot 5 and 105 pounds and 13 years old. Very good at dribbling and defending but an above average shooter and average passer. What is my position and what can i do to i prove
@@THEGOATEDONE1 ay bro you’re only 13, I can almost guarantee you, you won’t be 6’4+. This means you should work on point guard skills. Focus 100% on point guard skills. So mostly handling, shooting and passing. Also work on footwork and crafty finishing.

I do this as much as possible at home and when I tell you my handle has improved so much I couldn’t describe it in words
How long till it became noticeably better?
sometimes it takes a while but you can’t expect results right away.
