    For reducing hair fall, eat a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo and hair conditioner to litellileextra coocooniion one year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

    FYI, water for making green tea should not be hotter than 80 celsius. Hotter than 80 celius will break/spoil the tea.

    I can see a difference!And I hope you're still incorporating the green tea topically into your regimen. Brew your tea, get a spray bottle...spray and massage your scalp (for at least 4 nights a week), wear a plastic cap to bed, or let air dry...and shower it off in the morning. So, if you take my advice, at least do it for 1month. And you should add a few drops of peppermint, and rosemary oils into your bottle. Shake before each use, and refrigerate after each use. After the 1 month, you can change your regimen for 1 or 2 months, but then go back to the green tea. Good luck!!

    If drinking hot green tea is not "your cup of tea", try this: brew green tea (make it 3-4 times more concentrated), filter and store it in a glass jar in your fridge. When you need something cold: pour some of your green tea extract some cold water, squeeze in 1/4 of a lime and shred in a couple of mint leaves (optional). Sweeten with honey or xylitol (or sugar if you don't have insulin sensitivity issues). Tip: always, dissolve your sweetener in room temp water first to save time and hassle. You can prepare sweetener solution in bulk and keep it on the shelf or fridge. If you want your drink even more exotic, add an ice cube of ginger extract. You can try a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar instead of lime or both. If you use more of lime and vinegar you can add a small pinch of backing soda (use pure form), not only the sourness will be reduced but your drink will get fizz just like pop! Enjoy as long as the summer lasts!

  • @Reader481
    @Reader481 4 ปีที่แล้ว +25

    I recommend using loose tea leaves instead of bags...avoids chemicals in the bag paper plus more efficient extraction. Leaves can be filtered out easily after brewing. Also the water has to be poured immediately after boiling and must be kept hot during brewing which you could do by either covering your vessel or putting on a low heat stove. That way your extraction is much more efficient.

    • @ainela5312
      @ainela5312 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You are spot on about chemicals in the tea bags. Many people don't seem to know that green tea is also a potent inhibitor of Alpha Reductase Type 1. Dutasteride is more effective than Finasteride for hair loss, and Dutasteride inhibits type 1 and 2 AR, whereas Finasteride only inhibits type 2. I can actually see this green tea concept working, since these enzymes are in the hair follicle. I would ditch the tea bag and make the tea, after letting it cool to a barely Luke warm temp, hold my head over a sink and gently pour the tea over my hair and it there for some time. I am going to try this for an extended time and see if there is any change.

    • @Reader481
      @Reader481 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ainela5312 Thank you for sharing; I didn't know about these enzymes. I am currently using castor oil coconut oil (1:1) massage. Another proven concept is onion juice which I tried for some times and want to re-start. Internally, I am just finishing a course of Saw Palmeto whcih blocks conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (also increases libido) plus zinc and B6. I want to get Stingy Nettle extract as it is also known to decrease conversion of testosterone to DHT. Anyways, thanks for the feedback.

    • @anleenuska
      @anleenuska 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Yes, please no tea bags people... this is just a trick for believing it is so convenient. Loose tea is the most beneficial (if organic, even better). Green tea has its benefits when brewed with 80 degrees water, not boiling!

    • @Reader481
      @Reader481 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hossainfarnoush Home remedies like green tea, onion juice, coconut oil. rosemary oil, etc have only marginal effect and are not for more serious loss of hair. Dutastride has been show to inhibit alfa reductases and increase hair growth in multiple clinical trials. I would rather use Fenastride as it has a longer history of use and safety profile. Perhaps topical Fenastride is a good choice (over oral) to avoid side effects.

    There are some studies suggesting that the EGCG in green tea could have an effect on hair grown BUT most of these studies use green tea extract which probably delivers much higher concentrations than a brew. When it comes to topical application, concentration, medium and time could make the difference. In any case, more research is needed. Since green tea doesn't smell like onion it is a least easy and no hassle.

If you are middle age, I strongly recommend consuming Saw Palmeto extract capsules. Hope you find the information helpful.

      Where do you get kelp tablets?

    • @ericmol2614
      @ericmol2614 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kelp tablets is for thyroid repair.
      Iodine and salt is good to help rebuild the thyroid and kelp is filled with this. Seaweed etc.
      Pink Himalayan salt is very good and just putting iodine directly buy the thyroid neck area to soak in epidemicaly through the skin. Beware for those allergic to iodine.
      But it's a sweeping or hyper thyroid that can cause hair loss.
      One thing that can cause the thyroid to swell besides not getting enough sodium is fluorine. Fluorine used to purify household water used during a shower can attack the thyroid. This can cause hair loss.
      Just simple get a filter for the shower and for the tap water that you drink.
      This helps prevent possible hair loss if it's a thyroid condition, but it could be a DHT condition, or hard water condition, or clogged follicle condition that could cause the loss.
      And there are ways to grow hair flat out, besides that which may cause loss.
      To do everything would make sense for hair growth: a prevention of hair loss and a promotion of hair growth.

    I'd like to use tea on my hair but not drink it because that brown color is because of tannic acid and that's a tanning agent that you might see in a coffee pot. It could also shrink your stomach and cause indigestion. It's used to tan leather.
    The things I would add to a spray bottle are boiled cloves, rosemary (spice or leaves), and fenugreek seeds, into a spray bottle. If you add mint oil or boiled mint leaves it would have a blood circulation effect.
    With mint oil, you could simply mix it in your shampoo, 3 or 5 drops or so. It's good stuff.
    Get a spray bottle and fill it and keep it refrigerated so you can have it for easy use. Spray it on the scalp, rub it in and let it sit. You could wash it out after an hour with pure water or just let it sit all day. Just be mindful where you out your possible wet head. It could leave a wet mark if it's very saturated.
    Oh, you could add amino acids to this spray as it takes protein to grow hair.
    It's good to understand what may cause HAIR LOSS and that could be stress, a hyper thyroid or DHT.
    DHT is bad testosterone that attacks good testosterone.
    3 main supplements are saw palmetto, stinging nettle and pumpkin seed oil.
    You could actually open up these tablets and dump them into your spray as well yet the pumpkin seed oil is an oil and wouldn't dissolve as well so I guess just digest it but do want you want. You could be fine without it.
    If the thyroid is inflamed or hyper it may be being attacked by fluoride in the shower or drinking water either or you could get a filter for your shower and drinking water.
    The way to heal and regenerate the thyroid is to eat kelp, seaweed, natural salt (pink Himalayan salt is recommended) and iodine (if you're not allergic).
    You can tell if you lack iodine in your body by placing iodine on your skin (watch out, it can stain clothing) and if it soaks up right away then you definitely lack iodine and this definitely can contribute to hair loss. There's taking iodine but watch out for those fluoride attacks.
    If you're not allergic to iodine you could try just putting iodine right by your neck Area where the thyroid lymph nodes are and let it soak into that area.
    NOW hair loss could be stress related. So strive for environments where you can relax and be at peace. You could also get a Tesla rife vibration healing machine that uses frequencies to heal and reset the DNA body structure. These are EXTREMELY good to not only reduce or remove stress but to heal the body as well and are highly recommended. Simply sounds and vibrations in the world could heal us or harm us as we are made of infinite matter and vibrations put together.

    I love this idea, but talking about how you wanted to go for the "high quality stuff"....and then going for tea bags? The world of tea is vast, complicated and can be a little overwhelming for a lot of people. Assuming you wish to keep drinking tea, if I may offer a few gentle suggestions:
    1) Whichever tea you decide to get, loose leaf is a must.
    2) A good Japanese sencha is a good place to start. Simple, tasty and, most importantly for beginners, you know what you're getting because the standards of production are much more uniform and you don't have to fret over a dozen other variables.
    3) For green tea, cooler water is better. If your tea ends up bitter, just brew it a little cooler each time until you get it right.
    4) Super long brew times usually aren't the best in terms of flavor. Generally about a minute or so is a good starting point.
    5) Most westerners try to be efficient by only using a bit of tea. imo, you're better off using about a tablespoon or so.

    I’m new here and I think green tea is an amazing idea but I think you should do it for a about 1 month and that you should use a spray bottle instead of a bandanna towel and I think it work more better for you. So far your hair looks like it’s showing some improvements and that you should add some essential oils in them like organic peppermint oil, And organic tea tree oil and organic lavender oil and organic rosemary oil and you also should use organic black tea as well and you should definitely look it up and it’s also an amazing tea as well for hair growth. And you should use some other ayurvedic herbs, herbs to help with that like for example Amal herb powder and hibiscus flower herb And also you should include fenugreek seeds into the green tea and let it infused. Also if you do it with water with the black tea And also add aloe vera juice and rosewater and it should help with hydration as well. I do have some more information if you want to know more that should help your hair grow in that way. I’m very interested in all natural and organic vegan products as well. That I love green tea And that it has a lot of amazing antioxidants and it’s very vital for the body, hair, skin. Keep up the good work. Also you should do a lot of scalp massages as well and have a blessed day. @Hairguard

Granted I add rosemary lavender hemp seed oil natural menthol derivatives and coconut oil with pumpkin seed oil argan oil and sweet orange citrus therapeutic grade for smell. But I was using literally all of that without green tea and this is the most results I have gotten. I don't think green tea fixed or replace the problem. But definitely contribute to ensuring it works.

    Wow I definitely see a difference. I’ll give it a try but a towel can cause friction on the hair so I’ll just put the tea in a spray bottle and apply it that way and see if I get results!!

      Sorry, I forgot I ever even commented on this video lol. Yes I did actually see results. But I added other herbs like stinging nettle, horsetail, and rosemary. And I started drinking iron herbs and vitamin D pills. So, not sure if *just* the green tea worked

    I thought it was just me. I drink 3 large cups (450ml each) of green tea a day, but definitely cannot have it on an empty stomach in the morning. It will make me throw up. Didn't know it was the tannin.

    Wow we have a lot of anti-green tea people here! I came here from your Reddit post. Looks like it made your hair grow super fast and it looks much thicker too! Not sure why all these people are saying, "It takes longer than 7 days to see results" when the results are right there to see!

    In 7days you can't seen results even with transplantation 7 days it's to short...give it 1month and then you can say if it's work or not

    I open a capsule of saw palmetto and mix it in my green tea for a topical solution.

    I was living in China for 9 years and always noticed a lot of baldness. But especially with the women. Not sure if it was due to the smog or diet. Here in the States they have a shampoo called "Green Tea Shampoo" that leaves your hair mint tingling and fresh. It's a Paul Mitchell brand.

    I wld sugg a spray bottle and I wld apply when the tea is warm, like a hot oil treatment and maybe add some peppermint oil to stimulate growth.
