What a beast you build mate! I have very similar build, 28kw peak EBMX 72v 57ah battery, torpTM25 motor with X9000 controller, did test on power bank, got 37HP Keep it up stay safe and enjoy ur lil BEAST!

@@mattfrancisofficial It's shit, mate. I have been waiting for the official EBMX tune for over a year, and they are still not making it. At the moment, I did a basic tune, which results in less max range and more motor heat (also you cant see motor temp, need adapter cable), but generally speaking, I can run 26kW of power for a few minutes.

I’m yet to even test the true top speed, i’ve not even come close topping it out!!! One for a future video. The weight is only a downside when manoeuvring the bike in and out of vehicles and when it’s not powered on! When its being used, with that much power, weight is no issue😁💯🚀🔋⚡️

I've just got a surron and also my mate, he has bought the torp1000 controller. What benefits will it have with a standard battery and motor until they are upgraded? Cheers. Hey man, thanks for subbing and watching!! I appreciate your kind feedback! He will gain a lot of torque and a little bit power. With the stock motor he can ride at 500 phase amps which is plenty of torque for fun on trails or wheelies! With the stock battery he will be able to run at 7.3kw which will add more torque as well as a slightly higher top speed when tuned to do so! Look into the field weakening setting and how it works for more top speed!!! 💯🔋⚡️

i got a similar setup as you with the torp controller and motor, milk racing 19/16 with 56teeth sprocket. just got a question, is fieldweakening on 100a safe ? and what does it do really
Nice choices man!! That sounds like a torque machine!!!! From what i’m told the motor can handle field weakening at 150a easily it just means less range, hotter motor temperatures and a hotter battery temperature. Heat will kill electrical components over time so if you constantly ran your bike at 150a field weakening it would massively degrade the life span of your battery and probably the motor too! I guess the rule of using field weakening would be use what you need and not a lot more. So if you need to run at high speeds for racing or road commuting etc then you will be fine raising the field weakening and the motor will handle it just fine. If you dont necessarily need those top speeds then i suggest lowering the field weakening to a point where it will get you to the desired MPH but without sacrificing as much range and not causing extra heat! I hope this helps.
Man its all great! But your battery wires and power wires on the bike is AWG 8 it rated for 200a peak and also supra connecrors you have is 190a peak allowed. So what 28kw power you mean?
I’ve had my bike set at 26.6kw and have actually hit 26kw peak and never had issues with the power cables. They’ll be rated for less than they can actually handle.💯🔋⚡️

It’s rim and tire together!! It needs to be the overall size for the speedo to be correct. On a 16inch rear wheel I have mine set at 22.5inch. My friends using 19inch wheels have it set at 24.8inch for it to be correct. Make shre the sprocket size is correct too! 💯🔋⚡️
NO DIG NO RIDE !. Eletric motorcylce on an MTB trail😑Really causes a bad scene for that location, and wrecks people time and work. Most complaints I get at my local are about electric motorbikes being idiots around people and dogs. This causes an issue for the MTB riders who try to keep their spots low-key, and then get reported. If its not pedal assist, don't ride a MTB trail. It's getting very toxic in my area with low respect ( takes months to build and harden dirt jumps ). Trails that have been there for 10+ years are getting closed down because of surrons etc.
I know how it goes. I grew up riding BMX, mtb, anything with wheels basically. It does all come down to respect of the rider and knowing how to act in certain locations. Personally I’ve never had a problem with riding any bike jumps/parks because we respect the riders and where we are riding. There will always be a minority to ruin it for the majority. Most mtb riders and just salty that they haven’t got surrons though, I see it so much! Just like the skaters hate scooter kids. Life’s too short to not enjoy it so i’ll keep riding where I enjoy the most regardless of who doesn’t like it 💯🔋⚡️

I hear you and it does make sense to go for the stark and had it been available when i bought my surron I probably would have got a stark instead. On the other hand, I was an amateur rider with a small bit of experience when I got my light bee. It is the perfect bike to progress on and really learn how to ride something before getting on the fastest dirt bike available 😂. I definitely don’t regret getting a light bee and its took me 2 years to kit it out with all these parts and now if I want to I could swap my bike for a stark varg easily. I see it as an investment still💯🔋⚡️
@ honestly mate I’ve seen so many people chucking money at them bikes and there honestly still shite there cheap when you get on a stark you understand it’s a real off road bike I also have a ultra I mess about on, they are a lot better than the small ones but the varg hands down is the best bike on 2 wheels for me unreal

if you want more power you need to buy torp tc1000 and tm40 motor and it is a beast. some one did 0-100kmh in 3.8 second with tc1000 and tm40 motor🤯

Get a Torp controller and max out the power with 45a field weakening. This will help you achieve around 58mph!💯🔋⚡️
