For me... this seems to check all the boxes of what I'm looking for. I like the screen height (40" should be 16.5"), the width (21:9) and overall size is perfect. I've have a pair of 27", a 32", a 43" and have used a 34". While they are all great in their own way this one seems to combine my favorite features of each. I love and the fact that you can switch between 1440p and 2160p is pretty cool.
hey i’m in the same boat as you. I have a two 27’s and a 32 and am wanting an ultrawide for my second gaming setup (it’s in my room instead of my office just so i’m not tempted to work while gaming) and i want an ultrawide. I was looking at 34inches but it’s just a wider 27 and i REALLY like the height of my 32.
did you end up getting this? was it worth it?
@@mmmm69420 YES!!! For me, my needs and my taste it’s perfect. It’s mostly for music production, video games, eventually some video editing and it’s exactly what I hoped it would be. I should buy another and keep it in the closet. If they ever stop making this I’ll be crushed.
Are their “better” monitors out there? Sure, but for me it’s perfect.
Can you run it at 144Hz while at 2160p?
@@ZLy916 2160p only allows 50Hz or 60Hz. I prefer all 3 of my monitors to have the same resolution/scaling, so I am very pleased with the 1440p. I'm basically Music Production > Gaming.
For the record I have an M1 Max 10/32 chip and I'm running WoW with 10 on all settings and I'm maxing out the monitor at 140-144 fps.
If this monitor breaks I'm buying another one. Lol
@@kevinobrien3888 ok cool, thanks for the response. I just received the monitor today and will test the resolution via usb-c (limited to 60Hz) to my work laptop. I’m planning to game using my PC and use it for work as well. This monitor should be able to do both judging by the specs.

Amazon for $479.99 and not the Price tag this Link offers for $609.00 But I am Glad UR Loving this monitor for ur video editing just makes me more wanting to buy it, Holy smokes I thought my speakers from my monitor switched when you sampled it 10:05 Lol I had to take my headphones off to make sure it wasn't from my end man I think this will be my next Monitor.
