According to sales data started off as $2.588 mill in November 2018 and didn’t sell till March 2019 for $2.370 mill so clearly you don’t know the real estate market either lol. That’s a crazy sum of money either way but shows the power of building a new house. Probably took home $500k in profit.

All that light and storage! I love it all! Except that camo tile in the bathroom. I'd definitely add some wallpaper and paint if this beauty were mine!
Don't do comparisons, I'm surprised fr a Totonto property that it is so modern and nice to look at when sooo many here are not and are over valued and vet priced, crazy million dollar prices for some shabby spaces
And to add, anyone can throw a couple rugs and ferns in a space and call it warm. Modern design spaces are far more interesting than this. And for that price, why not move someplace actually amazing.
