Please take notes from "Open House 24" TH-cam channel. Your video goes way too fast, which makes it seem rushed. No attention to detail. A slow walk through is much better than chopped up clips put into one video. Otherwise, great home.

Raju Bueno It's the city of Toronto. You can't expect the kind of privacy you get in the country. This house has a good size lot . I'm sure the neighbours are nice too. So many people who comment about houses being too close must not be home owners. Not everyone wants the amount of work that goes with a lot large lot in the country. My sister and her husband have a large lot and it takes so much care keeping the lawn cut and trimmed and the gardens looking good. Then it takes them 20 minutes to drive to town to pick up groceries. In the city, everything is minutes away and there are multiple grocery stores everywhere. ( At least where I live in Burlington, Ontario) Oh...and my neighbours are very nice.
The interior design team and the architect's planning of this home is on point...what are the names of these companies because this house is stunning...This is my second time looking at this video I see something new...BRAVO...😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

For such a grand house it was lacking a grand entrance and that back deck looked basic.
