Jazak Allahu khayran For the fish oil I actually don’t recommend taking it right before bed because it is an oil and is likely to give you heartburn if you take it on it’s own. Especially if you lay down straight after. In my experience you won’t get the fishy aftertaste or heartburn if you take it right at the start of a good sized meal
Yeah I take omega-fish oil alongside food or definitely never on an empty stomach either in the morning or afternoon or night, not sure which time is best though and I never really thought about breath

If I remember correctly I read some academic literature which suggested that cold therapy (cold plunges, baths, showers) reduce inflammation in the muscles which can counteract muscle growth since that same inflammation is what builds the muscle. I was just curious to know your thoughts, and Allah knows best. Also one thing from personal experience that I wanted to share is make sure to remove music as part of your past time or as just something you listen to when working and such. It really is detrimental when you have to work without these sounds to distract you from the feeling of boredom but its that exact boredom that builds your work ethic and sense of responsibility. It's so much better when you replace it with Qur'an, if you aren't reading it then at least listen to recitation of it. It's a great way to replace music and also help yourself memorize the Qur'an or refresh your memory of it.
Jazakallahu khair so the cold therapy reduces long term inflammation, which means short term it adds stress/inflammation but due to adaptation our body lowers overall stress and inflammation over time. This downregs cortisol so testosterone can increase in sha Allah.
The most important minerals for testosterone: Zinc (oysters) Magnesium (almonds) Boron (avacados, raisins, but best if you supplement) Best vitamins for testosterone: Vitamin D (sunlight) Vitamin A (beef liver) Vitamin C (citrus fruits) And choline but it’s not a vitamin or mineral. You can get this from eggs. Try to get all from food except boron you most likely need to supplement cause it’s hard to get from food

In terms of tap water in US, it’s tested more than bottled water. Bottled water industry is not regulated, tap water is. Make sure you buy a device that measures water quality and use that to make sure water is of good quality. Filtered water you can put directly into your own water containers is probably the highest quality water I have seen. It goes through 7 layers of filters I believe and you can buy it.

I've been taking 1-2 pills almost daily for about 2 1/2 months now and I don't take it them/at consistent daytimes, tho I definitely never take them on an empty stomach. I thought, though, that taking omega fish oil right before you sleep is really good cuz it'll boost testosterone and while you're sleeping the sleep will create testosterone so you're gonna get the best of both worlds (excluding the breath situation; maybe some have this but I personally don't think I have alhamdulellah, plus you can take a breath mint right after the omega fish oil)
