    1-Nutritious diet or fasting: Eating a balanced diet that is lawful according to Islamic teachings is recommended. The video mentions avoiding pork and intoxicants, and consuming halal food. Dates, nuts, avocados, and foods with healthy fats are mentioned as beneficial for testosterone production. Additionally, the video discusses the benefits of fasting during Ramadan on testosterone levels and overall health.
    2-Good sleep and Fajr prayer: Getting enough sleep is important for testosterone production. The video recommends 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Waking up for Fajr prayer, the pre-dawn prayer in Islam, is also mentioned as aligning with the body's natural rhythm and promoting better sleep.
    3-Friendly competition and exercise: Regular exercise, especially weightlifting and high-intensity interval training, is linked to increased testosterone levels. The video also mentions that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) participated in physical activities like racing and archery, encouraging Muslims to follow suit.
    4-Managing stress:The video emphasizes managing stress through Islamic teachings, prayer, supplication, trusting in Allah, and seeking help from family and community.

    Have a workout routine which fits your schedule but stay consistent.
    Focus on the big muscle groups such as (back, legs, chest). Stay hydrated, eat a high protein diet as it is important for your body to grow the muscles after training. Rest is important as it is the time for your body to heal and grow. May Allah swt grant us good health to do the things He loves and pleases Him. Amiin

    The video is about 4 ways Muslims can boost testosterone.
    The video argues that being strong in Islam goes beyond just physical strength. It also includes having a strong mind and emotions. The speaker says that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is a role model for Muslims and emphasized the importance of strength. There is a saying that goes "Allah loves and values a strong believer more than a weak one". This الحديث (hadith) tells us that being strong is valued in Islam.
    Physical strength is beneficial because it allows Muslim men to better take care of themselves, their families and the people around them. This aligns with the Islamic idea of being proactive in making sure everyone is safe and well.
    However, strength is not just about muscles. Having a strong mind is also important. Islam sees mental strength as important and the teachings of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) guide Muslims on how to stay strong when facing tough times.
    The video lists ways to increase testosterone levels:
    * Maintaining a nutritious diet: Eating the right foods is crucial for keeping hormones balanced. The Quran teaches Muslims to eat in a way that keeps them healthy and mindful of Allah's blessings. It emphasizes having a balanced diet including a variety of good and lawful foods.
    * Fasting during Ramadan: This teaches self-discipline and control over eating habits. It's a time to be mindful of what we eat and appreciate the blessings of sustenance.
    * Getting enough sleep: Getting enough quality sleep is crucial for hormones including testosterone. The body produces the most testosterone during deep sleep. Getting 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night is important for hormonal health. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) advised Muslims to sleep early and wake up for Fajr (pre-dawn) prayer.
    * Regular exercise: Especially exercises such as weightlifting or high-intensity interval training. These exercises stimulate muscles and trigger hormonal responses contributing to increased testosterone levels. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself participated in physical activities like racing and archery.
    The video also talks about managing stress which can harm testosterone production. The video suggests ways to manage stress in accordance with Islamic teachings:
    * Focusing on things you can control and trusting the rest to Allah.
    * Prayer: Regular prayers provide time for reflection, supplication and connection with Allah. This spiritual connection acts as a strong support during tough times.
    * Seeking help from family and community during stress. By building these connections, Muslim men can create a supportive environment that positively impacts mental well-being.
    * Patience: Islam encourages approaching challenges with patience, knowing that difficulties are temporary and perseverance leads to relief.

    to me this sounds like an exception, instead of what should be the usual. 🤷‍♂️

      Brother, there is no misinformation pertaining to the hadith you mentioned. Brother I advise you to be calm before giving replies as little knowledge is dangerous. The Hadith includes both strength of faith and physical strength. It is clear if only you’ve read the complete Hadith or studied it under an alim., Alhamdulillah, I can see you have zeal and good intentions to spread correct information but do so with correct understanding and knowledge and stay away from accusing people of spreading misinformation in matters which you are not knowledgeable about. Remember, may Allah have mercy on you, that Man does not put forth a word except there are angels actively recording. Remember the advice of our beloved Prophet- speak a good word or remain silent. If you speak a good word you’ll find success and if you stay silent you’ll find safety. Salam

      NO NO NO , Islam is not a cult , and nothing in the history of Humanity, could be further from the truth ;
      Islam is the same religion and way of life ( albeit with myriads different rituals for each period) , from Adam ( Peace on Him/عليه السلام ) , to The Last Prophet And Final Messenger , MUHAMMED ( Blessings And Salutations Be Upon Him/ صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ;
      Only through The Prophets and / or Messengers, are we able to know THE CREATOR, and how to interact vis-a-vis OUR BELOVED CREATOR !
      Don’t be arrogant, and don’t be a minion of Satan !
