    I like this... Simple and straight forward... Not too much of a mess either...

    I've been on the Keto diet for about 6 months and I've already lost 30 lbs. This is the exact type of recipe that I was looking for. I wanted something for a grilled chicken salad and these cuts of chicken work perfectly. I'm trying your recipe today, but I'm sure it's going to turn out great. Thanks for sharing with us, Melanie.

    If anyone is on a low sodium diet this is awesome to cook this and rice.

      Yes I agree! And don't add salt if on low-sodium, use salt-free seasonings

    I prefer my Tenders naked and not coated in crumbing.
    Have you tried marinating them in a buttermilk solution overnight. This adds to the flavour and even more tenderness.
    Cheers Melanie 👍🤤😀

    Melanie Am going to try this recipe tomorrow. Your recipe looks so good. Just have one question. I’m going to bake 12 tenders am wondering if they need to cook longer than 20 minutes that you did for 5 tenders ??? Hope to hear from you. ❤️

    • @MelanieCooksRecipes
      @MelanieCooksRecipes  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Shouldnt be too different for 12, maybe add a few more minutes. You can check after 20 minutes with instant-read thermometer to make sure the internal temp is at least 165F. If you don’t have thermometer, you can always cut one tender in half to make sure it’s cooked and not pink inside.

    Glad you watch comments. It will make a difference in your following. You do need to improve on your audio a little. I have no advice on how to do that. I'm a Booomer with very little IT exposure or skill.

    • @MelanieCooksRecipes
      @MelanieCooksRecipes  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry it didn't work for you. The temperature in my video is 425F, not 375F. Also ovens differ and yours might need extra time. If something is undercooked, just put it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through.

    • @phiIofthefuture
      @phiIofthefuture 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Right if you watch the video she briefly mentioned all ovens cook time may vary. I tried this recipe with an air fryer came out nicely 😊❤
