Great diet! just a little fix, don't use caffeine 8 hours before ur bedtime cause caffeine's half life is very 8-12 hrs. Don't eat chicken Tikka daily cause yeah it might end up in ur macros but the quality does matter at all cost in longer run uf u want a healthy body both out and inside. Also don't have a caloric deficit more than 200 from ur TDE or Maintainace Calories cause it's just gets harder and harder to cut more calories when u hit a platue (which u will cause body slows down it's metabolism to save itself from starvation) and when u go less than 1500 calories, u start to loose both muscle and fat which is just ridiculous 👍 AND ALL SET! 👍
