Blown Head Gasket and Engine Teardown!

Well the cheap ebay head gasket I had blew but that is actually good news! We can get ready for adding lots of power with a new Athena head gasket! Here is a quick teardown of the engine and an update on where we are with the build!

I got maybe a half mile after I realized what happened. Car was steaming like crazy when the pipe blew but didn't get crazy hot. Shut it down right away.

@@projectrandomCO good thing the cooling system in these engines was improved, on previous gens the block might be ceased. looking forward for the next update!

Hey, I don't, but the next few videos will have the build and how I put everything together. The video was just of a guy cutting the manifold up, not putting a bigger turbo on.

Head and block surface are all good, it didn't get that hot, the head gasket was also $40 lol. I don't recommend cheating on the head gasket
