I like this type of video, it seems more authentic, they all seem very genuine, especially the gal that even said she kind of perferred a coffee date over a fancy restaurant. Their responses were also refreshing and you could see they put a lot of thought into their answers. I would never ask a woman I've never met to go on a hike in the middle of nowhere nor wouldn I invite them over to my place on the first date.
Please could you do a video with women in their late 30's to 40's. Men who are either divorced or never been married (who are in their late 30's - 40's) need a perspective from women that age range. Thank you!
Such a good video! All the women you interviewed are beautiful, intelligent, honest, and grounded. Basically, the kind of person that any good man would want to date, and it was very insightful to hear their perspectives.
I think it was interesting to hear their perspective on first dates . As a guy I don’t think we think about the safety aspect of a first date like women do . Guys really need to keep that in mind when setting up a date . The otherthing I do is ask if they would prefer to meet me where we are going or if they would like me to drive . Just so they are comfortable and feel safe just for a first date especially we don’t know each other yet . It was refreshing to hear them not putting much emphasis on how much the date cost or how fancy it is and more about getting to know each other.
Board game cafes are a pretty good option. It gives you something to do that doesn't get in the way of conversation but also gives you something to do when conversation lulls, it even gives you something to talk about.
This was a great video. The desire to be safe on a first date is really illuminating. I think the majority of guys don't have bad intentions on a first date and don't consider that the woman is thinking far more about safety than he is. As a young guy dating, I won’t let her pay regardless but hearing the one say a dinner would be nice as a free meal annoys me. I can get down with everything else they are saying but that’s just annoying. Especially when they don’t even offer to pay, like I will NOT let you pay but at least offer. My time is just as valuable as yours so that grinds my gears.
Yea, it's like, they see their time/appearance as something that the guy has to pay for to get. If anything, that's pretty degrading to women, cause they commoditize themselves. And.. this behaviour usually carries on to other stuff further in dating, basically selling themselves, whether they realize it or not.

This format is perfect for the topic, it gives us more than one opinion. It would be nice to see more of these if you can match schedules with your selected ladies. Solid opinions from them, I'd be nice to hear more, perhaps second-third date options, or behaviours and traits that stand out? Nice video 👍. Good to reassure first date expectations. The biggest problem in the dating market is FINDING dates like this. I would totally go on a first date with these women! But, like most guys watching this video and this channel, never or rarely land a date with quality women like in this video. Courtney, you should make a video on where to find quality dates in each US state. Because Ohio is much different than say Utah, CA, NY, etc.

Hi Courtney, this video was fantastic - first and foremost, it shows the pool of normal, fun women are plentiful and we aren't stuck with alot of the wackos we see on tiktok clips. Their insight was very helpful. I 100% see why an isolated hike/walk on date 1 would be uncomfortable and I wouldn't propose it.
It’s actually crazy how I can immediately recognize Kseniia being a Slavic girl. And it’s not just the name, but the vibe. Recalling previous interviews Courtney did with Hallee a while back and even from her own YT vidclips, it's obvious that behind those kind brown eyes there's a deeply Intelligent Mind, a gracious personality and wise soul. You could literally take her golfing or rock climbing but still make it platonic and like a job interview. It's all on the tone you make it. There are tons of women out there looking to just use men for free dates and free meals, it's best to keep things simple so you can vet these women out and find the ones who are actually looking for a connection.

What I really liked here was that for the most part, these women preferred a more lowkey kind of thing. Made a nice contrast to a lot of the content out there where women say things like, "if he ain't spending $300 or more on the first date, he's not worth my time." Shows that there are women out there who are still genuine and it's great to see.
Coffee dates are the only time I drink coffee. For a date it's super low pressure and low key, which is great for meeting someone you don't know very well or at all.
Honestly, as a man, that’s how i would structure it, to know the woman: 1 - A nice coffee shop (a place that makes apple pie, but that’s for me lol) 2 - A nice dinner, on good restaurant but not so exquisite, more informal, but still good. 3 - Would be on a nice restaurant, because a third time means you are really enjoying to know that person. So it may be worthy, just my opinion. Movie theaters or any presentation, i would save that for way down the road. Hiking, nope… better to know the person before doing something that requires physical strength. Family, Group dates… only down the road as well. Bar, clubs… nope i don’t drink. Would not want my woman to drink as well.

I prefer to approach women in the wild but thanks to forensic files and other crime shows it is weird. The woman in Courtney’s video all sited there safety as something that they were actively concerned with, but as a guy with no questionable intentions it’s just another hurdle!

Also, social media has played a huge role in shaping the dating scene into what it is now - humans were meant to meet and become attracted to each other in person as they always have. Unrealistic standards and merely going on a date for free food has become a thing amongst the women regrettably.

What a great video !! It has been a while or years since I have seen those particular ones. Very insightful to say at least. Let’s hope for more but I will suggest to bring people in their late 20’s, early 30’s and late 30’s to see the difference as we all age things changes in certain aspect in our life that affect the way we date or even in relationships. Anyways, I just laugh regarding the whole hiking as first date which I get the concern but ironically I was asked in a first date to got for a hike. Yep, that was her idea . It was good and funny because I made the joke about my safety 😂😂😂. Hey, girls can be dangerous (no in the way you might think hahaha ). True. I think Coffee meeting in a place where you can walk, browse local shops ,maybe a park close by or a marina would be fantastic plus it is easy as one of the girls said that it would be low key and less pressure, not mention if there is no chemistry , you are not forced to stay longer. 🤷🏻♂️
Instead of a walk I would do a picnic at a park, if the weather is nice. A nice little charcuterie with a bottle of wine. The Coffee shop and Bar are also my go toes. The coffee shop as they also have a selection of teas, pastries and sandwiches. And the bar as it is quiet, they have a great selection of wines as well as beers & sodas, and they are close to a pizza place, sandwich shop, and bistro.
I don't consider what a woman would want to do at all when I'm planning a date. I think of something that I would enjoy doing and I bring her along. One of my best first dates was the two of us running errands together.

Hello! Love your stuff! I've went through your videos and I think a good Playlist would be what to wear at work. I think the professional careers are almost self explanatory. More like jobs that don't require a uniform but still want to be presentable. I'm a barber, with no fashion sense (embarrassing as a barber)😂 I usually opt for a plain t shirt mostly black and jeans, chinos ect.. sometimes boots. I wanted to start looking like a have some fashion ability. Not sure how to elevate casual outfits or layer for a indoor job.
As a guy, my top 3 options for a first date would be a coffee shop or cafe (quiet vibes, you can share a pastry like a piece of cheesecake together), a picnic in a park (also quiet vibes at times, sometimes can combine with a short walk, can also be paired up with different scenes like alongside a river or lake), and a family restaurant (not quite fancy, but a little formality can show what kind of person you are). My bottom 3 would be seeing a movie in a cinema (should be saved for a later date if a movie that interests both happens to be playing), a family gathering/reunion (should get to know each other and see if you like each other enough before showing each other to respective families), and over to either person's house (if it is late enough and she doesn't think she can make it home in time, I could see him maybe offering her his place to spend the night, maybe he has a spare bedroom that she can sleep in or a couch for either to sleep on while the other takes the bed. But outside of that, not a good idea). Everything else, it depends on the other person and what we can agree on as good and bad options for a first date.

I was hoping you would ask about laying a blanket down at a park with picnic foods for a first date with it being in public with people around. cars driving by and consider it being in the daytime, etc. As a guy, there's no way I would bring a girl to a family function as a first date, probably not even a second or third date. The only way I will bring a girl around my family is if I see a future with her and I want to start sliding her into my family. One thing I learned about this video she still considers you as a stranger and still worries about her safety.

The man said "Ok!" and took her home to never see her again. The problem was that he went for her on time, but she took one extra hour to get ready thus they missed their reservation in a fancy restaurant. He therefore took her to the CF as an alternative but being she all "dolled up", she refused to go.
I liked this group of women. They all seem friendly and down to earth, the type who want to use the dating process to get to know someone, as it should be. All seemed to have realistic expectations, and all expressed that they don't want a man to spend a lot of money when they first start dating. I got the impression that they want to get to know their dates without money blinding their eyes or creating pressure to do more than they're comfortable with. They all gravitated towards dates that encourage conversation and interaction, and away from dates where you can't really talk (movies, concerts), compromise safety (hiking, someone's house) or set the stage for awkwardness or discomfort (gym, bar, family event). I predict that all these women will find worthy partners, if they haven't already.
What works for me is coffee shops! Then going to dinner and a walk in a public park the second date and then after than you can usually get into something more fun like a hikes , museums.
One type of date that I’d like to do (not as a first date though) would be an informal dinner date but the girl picks my outfit and I pick her outfit. To add a fun twist, we could buy the other’s outfits and surprise each other with what we chose. What do you think Courtney?
Personally I think that sounds delightful! Each brings 20 bucks to Goodwill and see if you can find something that matches :) That would scratch my itch for thrifting, and probably scratches the itch women typically have for fashion.
8:43 this one is the only one that was honest about it. Guys wouldn’t ask women to come over to their house if they never went for it. It’s now a new normal for a reason. The truth is, yes, if you are a total stranger to her, chances are she won’t go, but if you know eachother, she might go if she’s very interested. I bet all the other girls have already went to a guy’s house on a first date, even though they’ll never admit it.
Coffee dates, walks in the park, ice cream + walk, and grabbing a drink at a nice lounge/pub are king. They're cheap, simple, and don't put pressure on either of you. If a woman declines any of those date ideas kick her to the curb. Those ones care more about how you'll impress her and "win" her over rather than genuinely get to know you. Most women are very entitled these days, I'm a firm believer that you should be minimal on the first meet so you can see what type of woman she is. If she knocks a coffee or ice cream date, she wants you to spend money on her. Stay away from them, nothing you do will keep them happy.
I don't think most women are very entitled these days, but many just hate coffee dates not because they need fancy but because they really mean zero effort, zero commitment and usually never lead anywhere as both have more candidates in line. There are women who don't want to waste their time when they know that tomorrow you can go out with someone else and have another cheap date. Guys spend money on women that they're interested in bc they're concerned about the impression that they're making and women see this as a sign of exclusivity and real interest.

Smart guys also use these kinds of dates to weed out gold diggers and entitled women from the ones that are genuinely interested in getting to know the person wich is perfectly possible without spending a lot of money. Because it's not just men who need to worry about first impressions and nothing shows good morals and a decent character like humility. A woman that expects expensive first dates is a red flag. Any kind of bigger investment of time, effort or money is for more serious relationships further down the line but not for non committal dates.
Honestly, not joking and not trolling. My best first date was when I was fifteen (15) years old. We went to the nearby pool. Our "relationship" lasted 8 months, and it's the longest one I had in my life (I'm 39 today).
This plays a part in why hook up culture and high loneliness exists, hardly any activity is an acceptable first date option. Coffee shops are too interview-ish, not to mention the distractions from other people talking and music playing depending on where you go to. You need to go some place where you can showcase your personality. If you're a hiker, go hiking, if you're a bowler, go bowling. If you're a foodie go to the restaurant you haven't been before. Dates should be invites to do what YOU like to do, not permission to pay for her to talk to you.

Great video, tons of good info for guys. Coffee dates or informal meal and always in very public places - I get it regarding the safety/creep issues women must deal with. However, I would never pay for a fancy/formal meal on a first date....a total waste of time and money. I always do informal and inexpensive first/second dates. It's a deal breaker for me if a woman needs to have money spent on her up front. It's how I test women...I'm not rich with no intention to pretend otherwise simply to impress.... point is to impress as a person from the start.

I went on a double blind date once. And it went horribly wrong because the lady thought she was there to meet my friend. I tried to make the best of it, but she was a miserable date.
Sophia and bella are like the only women guys should go for the most. Especially Sophia, she's very reasonable and the way she handle her answers tells a lot about her. Shes not selfish. She doesnt think about only how she feels but what her partner feels too. Bella has the same type as Sophia. However. If you guys are introverted and go outside sometimes, she's the perfect one for you. However, Kseniia, you guys have to watch her. Out of all the girls she's the least one that's not a perfect choice unless you the person that have money and will protect her. If I was doing my top 3 women to pick, first it'll be Sophia, second is bella, and third ( which is a tough choice) between Hallee and lexie. If I'm going with my gut it would be Lexie since she seems less picky and more understanding. The rest of the girls one that flat out trying to be a bit picky and other is very inexperienced. That's it. All women on this show are very stunning and I'm glad they show us their true colors for dating.

I think it was interesting to hear their perspective on first dates . As a guy I don’t think we think about the safety aspect of a first date like women do . Guys really need to keep that in mind when setting up a date . The otherthing I do is ask if they would prefer to meet me where we are going or if they would like me to drive . Just so they are comfortable and feel safe just for a first date especially we don’t know each other yet . It was refreshing to hear them not putting much emphasis on how much the date cost or how fancy it is and more about getting to know each other.

As a young guy dating, I won’t let her pay regardless but hearing the one say a dinner would be nice as a free meal annoys me. I can get down with everything else they are saying but that’s just annoying. Especially when they don’t even offer to pay, like I will NOT let you pay but at least offer. My time is just as valuable as yours so that grinds my gears.
Yea, it's like, they see their time/appearance as something that the guy has to pay for to get. If anything, that's pretty degrading to women, cause they commoditize themselves. You could literally take her golfing or rock climbing but still make it platonic and like a job interview. It's all on the tone you make it. There are tons of women out there looking to just use men for free dates and free meals, it's best to keep things simple so you can vet these women out and find the ones who are actually looking for a connection.

What I really liked here was that for the most part, these women preferred a more lowkey kind of thing. Made a nice contrast to a lot of the content out there where women say things like, "if he ain't spending $300 or more on the first date, he's not worth my time." Shows that there are women out there who are still genuine and it's great to see.

Coffee dates are the only time I drink coffee. For a date it's super low pressure and low key, which is great for meeting someone you don't know very well or at all.
Honestly, as a man, that’s how i would structure it, to know the woman:
1 - A nice coffee shop (a place that makes apple pie, but that’s for me lol)
2 - A nice dinner, on good restaurant but not so exquisite, more informal, but still good.
3 - Would be on a nice restaurant, because a third time means you are really enjoying to know that person. So it may be worthy, just my opinion.
Movie theaters or any presentation, i would save that for way down the road.
Hiking, nope… better to know the person before doing something that requires physical strength.
Family, Group dates… only down the road as well.
Bar, clubs… nope i don’t drink. Would not want my woman to drink as well.

Also, social media has played a huge role in shaping the dating scene into what it is now - humans were meant to meet and become attracted to each other in person as they always have. Unrealistic standards and merely going on a date for free food has become a thing amongst the women regrettably.

Let’s hope for more but I will suggest to bring people in their late 20’s, early 30’s and late 30’s to see the difference as we all age things changes in certain aspect in our life that affect the way we date or even in relationships.

I think the professional careers are almost self explanatory. More like jobs that don't require a uniform but still want to be presentable.
I'm a barber, with no fashion sense (embarrassing as a barber)😂 I usually opt for a plain t shirt mostly black and jeans, chinos ect.. sometimes boots.
I wanted to start looking like a have some fashion ability. Not sure how to elevate casual outfits or layer for a indoor job.
As a guy, my top 3 options for a first date would be a coffee shop or cafe (quiet vibes, you can share a pastry like a piece of cheesecake together), a picnic in a park (also quiet vibes at times, sometimes can combine with a short walk, can also be paired up with different scenes like alongside a river or lake), and a family restaurant (not quite fancy, but a little formality can show what kind of person you are).
My bottom 3 would be seeing a movie in a cinema (should be saved for a later date if a movie that interests both happens to be playing), a family gathering/reunion (should get to know each other and see if you like each other enough before showing each other to respective families), and over to either person's house (if it is late enough and she doesn't think she can make it home in time, I could see him maybe offering her his place to spend the night, maybe he has a spare bedroom that she can sleep in or a couch for either to sleep on while the other takes the bed. But outside of that, not a good idea).
Everything else, it depends on the other person and what we can agree on as good and bad options for a first date.

I was hoping you would ask about laying a blanket down at a park with picnic foods for a first date with it being in public with people around. cars driving by and consider it being in the daytime, etc.
As a guy, there's no way I would bring a girl to a family function as a first date, probably not even a second or third date. The only way I will bring a girl around my family is if I see a future with her and I want to start sliding her into my family. One thing I learned about this video she still considers you as a stranger and still worries about her safety.

I liked this group of women. They all seem friendly and down to earth, the type who want to use the dating process to get to know someone, as it should be. All seemed to have realistic expectations, and all expressed that they don't want a man to spend a lot of money when they first start dating. I got the impression that they want to get to know their dates without money blinding their eyes or creating pressure to do more than they're comfortable with. They all gravitated towards dates that encourage conversation and interaction, and away from dates where you can't really talk (movies, concerts), compromise safety (hiking, someone's house) or set the stage for awkwardness or discomfort (gym, bar, family event). I predict that all these women will find worthy partners, if they haven't already.
Pretty confident in my own ability to plz and be creative. But this is very helpful. I think the coffee date would be a great first date.
What works for me is coffee shops! Then going to dinner and a walk in a public park the second date and then after than you can usually get into something more fun like a hikes , museums.
One type of date that I’d like to do (not as a first date though) would be an informal dinner date but the girl picks my outfit and I pick her outfit. To add a fun twist, we could buy the other’s outfits and surprise each other with what we chose. What do you think Courtney?

8:43 this one is the only one that was honest about it. Guys wouldn’t ask women to come over to their house if they never went for it. It’s now a new normal for a reason. The truth is, yes, if you are a total stranger to her, chances are she won’t go, but if you know eachother, she might go if she’s very interested. I bet all the other girls have already went to a guy’s house on a first date, even though they’ll never admit it.
First date for me is something like Coffee, yes, but also hanging out and browsing a bookstore, I’ve also done mini-golf followed by dinner.

Coffee dates, walks in the park, ice cream + walk, and grabbing a drink at a nice lounge/pub are king. They're cheap, simple, and don't put pressure on either of you. If a woman declines any of those date ideas kick her to the curb. Those ones care more about how you'll impress her and "win" her over rather than genuinely get to know you.
Most women are very entitled these days, I'm a firm believer that you should be minimal on the first meet so you can see what type of woman she is. If she knocks a coffee or ice cream date, she wants you to spend money on her. Stay away from them, nothing you do will keep them happy.

I don't think most women are very entitled these days, but many just hate coffee dates not because they need fancy but because they really mean zero effort, zero commitment and usually never lead anywhere as both have more candidates in line. Guys spend money on women that they're interested in bc they're concerned about the impression that they're making and women see this as a sign of exclusivity and real interest.

My best first date was when I was fifteen (15) years old. We went to the nearby pool.
Our "relationship" lasted 8 months, and it's the longest one I had in my life (I'm 39 today).
This plays a part in why hook up culture and high loneliness exists, hardly any activity is an acceptable first date option. Coffee shops are too interview-ish, not to mention the distractions from other people talking and music playing depending on where you go to. You need to go some place where you can showcase your personality. If you're a hiker, go hiking, if you're a bowler, go bowling. If you're a foodie go to the restaurant you haven't been before. Dates should be invites to do what YOU like to do, not permission to pay for her to talk to you.
I agree, stick to what you like and you're comfortable with because the girl will feed off that vibe. Not to mention the girl should WANT to spend time with you regardless so even if it's a doodoo date idea it'll give her the opportunity to come up with something else for you guys. Win win.

Great video, tons of good info for guys. Coffee dates or informal meal and always in very public places - I get it regarding the safety/creep issues women must deal with. However, I would never pay for a fancy/formal meal on a first date....a total waste of time and money. I always do informal and inexpensive first/second dates. It's a deal breaker for me if a woman needs to have money spent on her up front. It's how I test women...I'm not rich with no intention to pretend otherwise simply to impress.... point is to impress as a person from the start.

I went on a double blind date once. And it went horribly wrong because the lady thought she was there to meet my friend. I tried to make the best of it, but she was a miserable date.
Sophia and bella are like the only women guys should go for the most. Especially Sophia, she's very reasonable and the way she handle her answers tells a lot about her. Shes not selfish. She doesnt think about only how she feels but what her partner feels too. Bella has the same type as Sophia. However. If you guys are introverted and go outside sometimes, she's the perfect one for you. However, Kseniia, you guys have to watch her. Out of all the girls she's the least one that's not a perfect choice unless you the person that have money and will protect her. If I was doing my top 3 women to pick, first it'll be Sophia, second is bella, and third ( which is a tough choice) between Hallee and lexie. If I'm going with my gut it would be Lexie since she seems less picky and more understanding. The rest of the girls one that flat out trying to be a bit picky and other is very inexperienced. That's it. All women on this show are very stunning and I'm glad they show us their true colors for dating.

How about an expensive 5 course meal. We find out 30 minutes into it that we don’t like each other, but still have to sit there for another two hours. I pay and it’s so expensive that it makes you feel horrible. Good first date?
