Ans 1. No only one dvr to one account
2. If you have cloud service then you have to download, doesn't matter same network or not.
But if you don't have cloud service then you have to be in same wifi only then you can download

I was looking for the cloud storage as well. On checking with hikvision support they said this feature is discontinued.
Does this still work ? Or it does not work on the older ones as well ?
