    Yes 🙌 still able to pivot exercise after . I tend to enjoy outdoors if there is sun in winter so I can maintain sense of peace and calm during so much indoor which makes us eat more ! 😊

      It may be what you're making them with? I hate oats made with water but I rlly like them when theyre made with almond milk, also adding toppings makes them delish 🫶

      As a Brit, we only really have porridge oats and I was under the impression overnight oats had to be rolled/steel cut, so I got the fancy American style and something about the taste was so bad to me 😭 I love my porridge oats tho

    Hm. I keep finding a lot of these healthy recipe videos with balanced meals, and they are awesome...The thing is though, im noticing that whole raw crunchy vegetables are not included very much..a lot of soft stuff, which is bad for teeth. Teeth need to chew crunchy hard-fiber veggies to help them stay strong with their grip in the gums, also to be straight and spaced properly. It also strengthens the jaw and face muscles, and shapes the facial bone structure....Just something to consider amidst the rest of the meal/s for more healthy benefits. 👍✨

    Why do you call it parfait? It’s yoghurt and fruit. These are lovely breakfast ideas but I was disappointed with that first one because the name didn’t meet the expectation.
