If you really want to protect it, just use an external keyboard and mouse.

Just got G18 laptop and it has coil whine even on battery. I have replaced it but that too have coil whine

I don't see the point in protecting the screen with a film, for this we just need a silicone pad on the keyboard so as not to snap when carrying
