I got a Speed 400 from this very showroom, the people were working are extremely inexperienced & do not know how to handle the clients at all. I got the delivery of my bike 3-4 hours after the scheduled time which was given by them, thankfully I haven't faced any such issue on my bike & it's working smoothly without any issues. Feel really sorry for you brother hopefully everything is sorted now.
Always do a pdi on your car or bike before full payment. Never ever pay up full amount based on their word. Also if a car...make sure the pdi is done by you and ur mechanic...take pictures and ask them to put the car on the ramp and again take pictures and videos of underbody. This is the process I followed with Toyota and till date no issues.

My Honest Opinion: Got the Speed 400 from the same exact showroom. The sales guys have no idea what they have to do as the company have just dumped them with hell a lot of deliveries. They won't have any clue as to what might have happened on the way from the Manufacturing plant to the Warehouse till the showroom. So, the response that you got from them at the showroom was to be expected. Can't blame those sad guys😥 . But, didn't face any such issues as what you have faced. This is not just an issue in Keerthi Triumph showroom. If you search online, you can actually find lot of such issues faced by many people in many states, such as Engine Oil leak, Battery issue(the issue that you have), etc. My guess is the battery in you new Scrambler 400x has completely drained and might need a new battery replacement🙃. But the first service is really good. They take care of each and every request from the customer into consideration and provide good service. But trust me, there seems to be a serious issue in Triumph's(more like Bajaj's) quality checks before releasing from the plant. This is a serious issue and they have to act on it ASAP!!! If not, they're not just gonna lose their customers for their Speed 400 or Scrambler 400X, but also for their high end bikes as well 😂
when i visit to take a test ride at B.U bhandari Pune. There are so many bikes are there for delivery including speed 400 and scrambler 400x they place a note or sign board on that is " bike is booked" " "do not touch this is delivery bike" and sales person also yelling at customer to not touch and seat on that bike this is professional working.
B U Bhandari is a gem of a dealer. My first Tata car was from them and I have only good memories of the service I experienced not just buying but also after sales. Recently visited the Triumph showroom to test ride the tiger 660 and I can confirm what you have mentioned.
I had bought the bike from the same BU Bhandari Pune showroom. But at the time of delivery my bike had 26 kms on the Odo. The showroom guy told it was for testing. Was it the same for you?
Really bhai, being a middle class guy and fulfilling the dream of taking a premium bike with hard earned money and experiencing all these shit from these showroom guys is very frustrating. Even recently I took delivery of a suzuki bike my experience was not good. Really these things we need to bring forward and teach proper lesson to these showroom people and their monopoly attitude. Bhai I too booked scrambler 400x from Keerthi , I even paid the total amount, since then they are not responding to my calls and messages, I'm from Anantapur 240 kms from Bangalore, my parents r against buying a bike that doesn't provide service in our locality, NOW I'm so scared to take the delivery of the bike , what if the bike battery dies in my bike too😢 I don't have service in my area
Please be careful before taking the delivery.. check everything properly. The bike is good but the dealership is worst. Check the bike properly then ask them to open the seat.. for me there is no med kit and tool available in the bike. It is a mandatory thing and should be there with the bike. Best of luck bro

These people should be taught a lesson... I was also about to book speed 400 , trusting the Big Brand As Triumph. But considering their collaboration with Bajaj I had changed my mind and went for Honda hness.. And after seeing all this , I consider my decision to the very right one.

It is understandable that at times we may receive new products that may have defects, however the character of a brand is deciphered in how well they handle such cases and provide a resolution to a sad/disappointed customer. I visited this showroom to enquire scrambler. Initially i thought its a city wear house because there is no space inside their showroom. They left little space to move around, the whole area is full of bikes. Our Scooty showroom is much better 😂. I cant believe its a Triumph Showroom. Its kind of funny n sad too.

Bro.. atleast your bike was in showroom. no one would have experienced like me. My bike was not in keerthi triumph on the day of delivery. I stopped people from paying & noticing my aggression, they got my bike at 4pm and delivered at 6:30pm. Hopeless & pathetic experience from keerthi triumph.
My speed 400 delivery was today and I face the exact same issue. My bike was toed the first day itself. Keerthi triumph gave me the worst experience, worse than I can ever imagine. Dirty bike, faulty battery, unprofessional staff. Wasted such a big day for me. It went to the service centre. I’ll update here with more updates.
A similar thing happened to me at BU Bhandari Pune. They washed the dirty bike right in front of me, and the speedometer was cracked as well. It was one of the worst delivery experiences I had, on February 9th.

It's really shocking 😮 to know about such Triumph company's showroom. Wo bhi Bengaluru jaise city me...😢 Normally, when we hear the name "TRIUMPH", we imagine that dealers would be as genuine and as transparent. But after watching this video, I doubt Triumph is not putting Good efforts on choosing its dealers. Sales staff looks very tricky while talking with you about the whole matter. I hope upper level management of Triumph would notice it and consider your case for further investigation. I have booked a Speed 400, its been a month and till data there have been no updates regarding my delivery and they don't even have a date as to when the vehicle would be delivered. Not even a single update from the time I booked the bike. When called to the showroom they pick and say we'll give you a callback and they never call you back either. Would definitely not suggest Keerthi Triumph.

Koi chalaya nahi rehega. But 100 customers aahke bike chalu karke "exhaust note, exhaust note" kiye rehenge toh battery drain hua rehega. Sad you had such an experience. I had same experience with yamha r15 (near Marathalli), he is skidding new bike from the upstairs , and even service is worst they don't kn technical aspects, if any issues comes how solve. They just wanted to dump on you. One good thing what u did is making video. So share this video in all social media and tag those triump brand people.
After watching ur video its clear to me that Triumph is not a good brand in India at-least. I was planning a new bike within 5 lakhs and it won’t be Triumph now.

Exact problem even i faced , i brought my speed 400 from khivraj, all these people are same no proper response and care, its been 4days they still didnt solve the issue, i don't know whom to blame triumph or battery production people , why they are collaborating with these people. Still there are problems in this bike I suggest better go for himalayan 452.
I got my Speed 400 from same showroom, there was a dent on the mirror connector rod. And, manager honestly admitted it was used by working boys for going lunch etc... And, my bike delivered with 11km run in already.
Its same from khivraj triumph also. The delivery experience is just subpar. No keychain no goodies nothing. I got delivery of mine scrambler 400x from khivraj whitefield Bangalore show room. It was 1 km already driven, upon asking they told me that’s for PDI to check the bike before delivery. I was like ok. But no one sat on mine bike as the foot pegs were all fresh n new. Still i was expecting a cake cutting ceremony on delivery but didn’t got it. So, it’s safe to say don’t keep your expectations of delivery too high. Bikes from Triumph are good just the service network here in India is in infancy stage so it will be bad. I can bet my bike too has some issues that will be resolved only when i take it to the service centre.
I have read and heard a lot of negative experiences from that showroom. At this day and age when we have lot of information at your fingertips, it’s better and easy to avoid such showrooms.
It is a learning for all those who think this day is good or that day is bad. Just imagine if it was a Saturday then you would definitely say that bcoz it was a Saturday that's why all this happened. It's just a matter of luck and you had a bad experience.

Why didn't you go for RE or Honda ? It's safe to buy existing updated bike rather than new bike which launched with collaboration, in my opinion. recently I bought honda highness cb350 It's a good bike with sufficient ground clearance and capable for almost any road.

Bro when we take new vehicle delivery , they deliver it after washing and polish , so every vehicle has n no of finger prints and it should does not matter how many people have sitten on it. The major concern is scratches and kms ridden , give some room of error to showroom also , they are not manufacturing it on their own .

The thing is Trimph or any company they try to follow. but when it comes to showrooms, they are only worried about sales. I doubt any company checks if the showroom has experienced people. And same thing is every where. the rich people buy the dealership and hire sales people for selling, resulting all of these.
Their staff really needs training in customer service. Also on how to give correct timelines,being transparent etc. they’ll be losing customers otherwise.

My new 400X purchased a week ago shows incorrect speedometer reading. It shows 140 KMPH speed while I'm in the traffic at around 20KMPH. Got it from Keerthi Triumph too. May be they could have spent some time inspecting before delivery, but for large part I would point at the manufacturer than the seller for these issues. Agree a lot can be improved on Customer Care. Maybe its their attitude that 400CC owners do not deserve the same respect as their other customers who splurge on their bigger bikes

Even during my friend Bike Speed 400 delivery had worst experience, why would one wait for an hour for delivery, and even after reaching them out, they are busy handling other customer, not at all equipped to handle customer crowd, either they need to limit the booking orders or they shall set slots every day based on timing. What a mess. I would not ever want to experience such things for my much awaited motorcycle and hard earned money, KTM is the best.

I had same experience with yamha r15 (near Marathalli), he is skidding new bike from the upstairs , and even service is worst they don't kn technical aspects, if any issues comes how solve. They just wanted to dump on you. One good thing what u did is making video. So share this video in all social media and tag those triump brand people.
The bike has been used for test drive that is why foot pegs tyre has mud and dust. They are saying check meter which can be easily tempered

Exact problem even i faced , i brought my speed 400 from khivraj, all these people are same no proper response and care, its been 4days they still didnt solve the issue, i don't know whom to blame triumph or battery production people , why they are collaborating with these people. Still there are problems in this bike

I also had a bad experience while taking delivery from Khivraj Bangalore
I got my Speed 400 from same showroom, there was a dent on the mirror connector rod. And, manager honestly admitted it was used by working boys for going lunch etc... And, my bike delivered with 11km run in already.

Its same from khivraj triumph also. The delivery experience is just subpar. No keychain no goodies nothing. I got delivery of mine scrambler 400x from khivraj whitefield Bangalore show room. It was 1 km already driven, upon asking they told me that’s for PDI to check the bike before delivery. I was like ok. But no one sat on mine bike as the foot pegs were all fresh n new. Still i was expecting a cake cutting ceremony on delivery but didn’t got it. So, it’s safe to say don’t keep your expectations of delivery too high. Bikes from Triumph are good just the service network here in India is in infancy stage so it will be bad. I can bet my bike too has some issues that will be resolved only when i take it to the service centre.
This is not a new bike.. battery drained. It was in the showroom for long time
I have read and heard a lot of negative experiences from that showroom. At this day and age when we have lot of information at your fingertips, it’s better and easy to avoid such showrooms.

Why didn't you go for RE or Honda ? It's safe to buy existing updated bike rather than new bike which launched with collaboration, in my opinion. recently I bought honda highness cb350 It's a good bike with sufficient ground clearance and capable for almost any road.

Bro when we take new vehicle delivery , they deliver it after washing and polish , so every vehicle has n no of finger prints and it should does not matter how many people have sitten on it. The major concern is scratches and kms ridden , give some room of error to showroom also , they are not manufacturing it on their own .
Yes absolutely agreed on your point but that doesn’t change the fact that they deliver a faulty machine. And its not a very small thing that can be neglected.

They sold u a used bike. They just open the front wheel sensor cable and used this bike for test rides.

My new 400X purchased a week ago shows incorrect speedometer reading. It shows 140 KMPH speed while I'm in the traffic at around 20KMPH. Got it from Keerthi Triumph too. May be they could have spent some time inspecting before delivery, but for large part I would point at the manufacturer than the seller for these issues. Agree a lot can be improved on Customer Care. Maybe its their attitude that 400CC owners do not deserve the same respect as their other customers who splurge on their bigger bikes

Even during my friend Bike Speed 400 delivery had worst experience, why would one wait for an hour for delivery, and even after reaching them out, they are busy handling other customer, not at all equipped to handle customer crowd, either they need to limit the booking orders or they shall set slots every day based on timing. What a mess. I would not ever want to experience such things for my much awaited motorcycle and hard earned money, KTM is the best.
