@wheel Paradox They had to change front brake liver rear liver handle bar bolts , ball bearings brake pads etc.. but i feel 16k is bit too much for a minor fall. Whats your opinion on the same?

By watching all the videos of your delivery, I can say that since the bike was delivered to the showroom in 23 nov, I mean the registration date is 23 and some of them are saying the bike came in 27 nov and some says 1 dec, it looks the they have used the bike for a few days, as the tyres and footspecs were also dirty and the med was also not present.

Their staff really needs training in customer service. Also on how to give correct timelines,being transparent etc. they’ll be losing customers otherwise.

Just tell the truth, don't validate your viewers' ego, its a huge let down 👎 Truth is, this bike has written "Strictly 5.10' and above" all over it I'm 5.11, decently built enough, but this bike made me uncomfortable riding on actual streets, specially while turns and pulls on uneven surface My cousin has got this, he's slightly under 5.10', he bought this upon such misleading claims by influencers that..."You'll get used to it after some time" "Its about riding skills" "Managable for short people" etc etc But, after 2 months of daily commute, my cousin has slammed it on every other nook n corner, or either slipped his toe on this bike This bike is in bracket of Himalayan 450, and Xpluse 200 rally... very uncomfortable 🤏

The same guy has delivered my bike and he is an asshole. He gave the same reasons. I got the bike damaged as well. He didnt agree for the damages. I still have those marks in my bike tabk and they refused to fix it. His name is Sujay and hes a master bluffer. He had got very nicely from a customer right in front of me and from my father as well. Really bad showroom experience. Please move tour booking to kivraj triumph.
