Finally, someone I watch found a sugar candle. I wish I would of kept the two Christmas ones I had around 1970. I did find a 3pk of Christmas sugar votives a few months ago at an estate sale. Never knew they made them in that size. They weren't even used. I'm enjoying them with all my Christmas decor. Good finds Jocelyn 👍
the brown vase is likely made by someone with Latvian ancestry. lots of Latvians reside in the Toronto area. also, to symbols on the vase are Latvian pagan symbols :) you can look them up, most of them are either for luck, good harvest, or happiness
That Hull planter really made me nostalgic! I was able to find those fairly easily years and years ago when my husband and I first started our eBay adventures. :) It's sort of cringe to think back to buying things all willy-nilly thinking they would sell. But the Hull always sold!
We always used a vase or pint pot on the table for celery. It takes up less space and a little water in the bottom keeps it crisp. Using a plate was foreign to us.
Jocelyn is very transparent a a true honest lady. I have observed the other one in previous videos not even close to the honesty and truth that Jocelyn is all about. Video was removed.
The best thrift shops I've ever been to for unique items were a Salvation Army thrift within walking distance to a university campus and one just outside a Marine Corps base. I attribute both to the transient and diverse population. The best yard sales ever are at military base housing, especially end of month just before payday. When Marines and Navy deploy, they will donate everything but their "skivies", especially the single ones. The cost of shipping their belongings comes out of their deployment stipend. Very often they take the opportunity to pocket the money and vacay in style during their prep time off. Some just toss their belongings. My BIL, retired Marine, worked at a dump. He brought amazing things home, including six full coin catalogs, all U.S. mint silver, and an older Lladro collection in perfect condition. ✌
Your videos are so enjoyable to watch, thank you. I hope your Air B&B is coming along for you, however, please try to take time for you and your family for Christmas ❣️ We, your followers will always be in your corner and only want the very best for you! Merry Christmas 🎄 😊
So Thankful when you told us how big this GW was..my and the hubby were traveling back thru on the 8th...IT IS AN EXPERIENCE!! and a little overwhelming..we had so much fun..spent almost 2 hrs in there!! came away with a lot of treasure...If you have the time, and can really dig...it's amazing!!
Really appreciated the info on celery vases. I have extended family that always put glasses of celery on table for thanksgiving and I just thought they were weird! Now feel I should buy them a celery vase😂
The dish with the Christmas tree, is Nikko from Japan, it's my Christmas dish wear very durable have had it for 28 years, need to find another dinner plate. 😊
I have several pieces of the Shenango China gray, pink and white that you found in tonight’s video. I know the thrill of the hunt is fun, but IM me if interested! I would be happy to sell!!
I really wish you had got the Niagara Falls milk glass dish. It's so uncommon. I've never seen it, and I have a milking glass collection. Also the R.R.P. crock. It was gorgeous. Definitely would have been a sale.
I am not crazy about the mix and match restaurant ware. I have worked so hard to have matching china in my home. If I stayed in a B&B it would make the statement that you were just scraping pieces together. Beautiful dishes but not all mixed up. IMHO.
I don’t want to be rude but you’re the owner of two houses which that means you’re richer than most of us. Why do you still ask people for “$ thanks “ ?
I love the mix & match restaurant wear! Great idea!
Restaurant Ware. Your spelling made it sound like clothing...lol
I got the idea from a viewer suggestion. 😊

I just bought a whole set of those unicorn dishes and they are selling very well.
Happy Holidays to you and your family!!!! When are you and Dagney getting together for a shopping spree, Miss the 2 of you together!!!
In another video it was said they had a falling out. It has been ages, but I hope that isn't true. They were fun together. SOPPORTING EACH OTHER.
Sadly it seems that several that have been featured in many videos eventually disappear from the channel.
@@mariabryant6582I have noticed that lately. Too bad friendship lost if that’s the case

The white restaurant ware would go with all the mixed patterns.

The Alexandria drinking glass was from Cat Studio - it’s $19 new. Cat Studio products are well made & highly collectible!
That store is huge wow. Wishing your family a happy and healthy holiday.
Restaurant ware available at Homer Laughlin outlet in ,Newell West Virginia
Great finds, love the sign the most really cute. Have a great Christmas. ❤

From friends who go to air bnbs, they never seem to have cutting boards. Or large bowls, casserole dishes.. just food for thought 😉
Great video. Loved all your finds. I've never seen the unicorn plates before.
Merry Christmas Jocelyn & family and all followers. ❤💖🎄 How's Hank?
She said Hank is just being a dog
Wow! Great find on the polychrome metal religious sign. I can’t believe it’s worth so much. Great job on recognizing it’s a valuable item.
Me neither. I was surprised when I was editing last night and looked it up. 😅
Those pencil sharpeners came out in late 70s-80s. I use to buy them when I worked at Western Electric (AT&T later)

I really love set of dishes you recently bought for air bnb 😊
Merry Christmas to you and your family.❤
Happy Holidays in Nikko and is not cheap…it is second to Spode in holiday dinnerware.
Purple glass candle holders are Viking.
One of my favorite verses on the plaque!
What fun to find restaurant dishes❤ California
I think it was tbe movie Meet Me in St. Louis where they had a celery dish on the table at dinner. They were a well to do family.
About 50 years ago, I sold those sugar candles as a school fundraiser. Seems like forever ago. ☺
I absolutely LOVE the double duck planter, from the beginning of this video ❤ Want to purchase it...please 😍
Omg! I need thst unicorn bowl! I have the cup set of those. They are from the 80s.
That vers is always valuable. 🤗
The dish with the Christmas tree, is Nikko from Japan, it's my Christmas dish wear very durable have had it for 28 years, need to find another dinner plate. 😊
That duck planter would look great in your new house.
Just a thought: since it is a bnb, you might want to include a few cooking utensils - frying pan, sauce pan, ladle, spatula, etc.
I'm more than sure,Jocelyn will know that👍
You could put the celery glass on the bar for Bloody Mary's...
I have several pieces of the Shenango China gray, pink and white that you found in tonight’s video. I know the thrill of the hunt is fun, but IM me if interested! I would be happy to sell!!
Celery used to be posh and expensive hench its' special vessel. Go back even farther and you could have bought a house with salt!
I’m in the process of making an Airbnb within the next year and will be using restaurant ware too!
I really wish you had got the Niagara Falls milk glass dish. It's so uncommon. I've never seen it, and I have a milking glass collection. Also the R.R.P. crock. It was gorgeous. Definitely would have been a sale.
Who ‘ d have thought the Polychrome religious sign was worth so much! You really do have a magic eye 🎉 great restaurant ware finds too.
I found the entire set of the unicorn dishes a few weeks ago in Denver! lol 9:00
1:56, why does it always sound like people are throwing stuff at goodwill?! lol!😂
Thanks
Permanent marker is removable:)

My mother use to hav a huge set of that jewelt set enjoyed video❤🎉😊
Why does a 20 min vid seem more like 5? I wouldnt mind a 1 hr video .
Hello from Mexico 👋
I would have bought the wishing well for the house and hid the damage with artificial plants.
I have a complete set of those Unicorn stoneware. I have had them over 25 years?
Wow $299 for that art deco sign!!
Interesting how this Goodwill folds the price tags over the edge of things. 🤷🏼♀️
Good ways to hide chips😉
Thats what i was thinking! @rikkemeek1506
That's sneaky.😡@@rikkemeek1506
And these tags are EXTREMELY hard to get off!!!
Curious why restaurant wear is popular?
If you know you know = or you might try Google! 🤣
@puppy2haley well, I'll definitely do that then lol thanks!
Probably because they are so sturdy and don’t break very easily.
Hello everyone! Jocelyn, you passed by a sewing machine drawer. They can sell for $18.00 - $25.00 :) Have a great week everyone Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you too 🎄
@@marggyreppeto-pi6re Have a wonderful new year as well!
@@theeclecticthriftercrafter Thank you 🎉 you too
I miss your daily videos
Me too
I feel like you don’t look at the back of the lower shelves.
As a kid I used to peel the plastic coating off of the vinyl covered drinking glasses. I loved those glasses good trip to the Goodwill!
Thr crock could be used in your air b&b as a bathroom garbage can. Hravy and it cannot get knocked over.
❤
Didn’t you buy all that set for your b an b !just wondering xx
She did! So either she's adding bowls or the videos are out of order. PS: love that you spell your first name the right way. With an "E". Me too!
I’m still on a mission to mix and match.
Happy holiday dish was Spode
One other was Christmas time
No that’s Nikko Christmas dinnerware. It has a teddy bear under the tree, while Spode has Santa on top.
First!❤🎉
I don’t want to be rude but you’re the owner of two houses which that means you’re richer than most of us. Why do you still ask people for “$ thanks “ ?
When did I ask people for money?
@tamtrinh6883
Huh? I have never heard or seen her ask for money. You might be receiving scam notifications.
Trolls gonna troll! Never seen you ask for money. Love your videos.
