Tibetan letters are based on Devnagri, worship Hayagriva, Saraswati, etc, never had border police with India for centuries, after Chinese subjugation of Tibet, everything changed. india is against Canada for hosting Khalistan movement on its' territory, but india hosts the entire Tibetan government in exile in india blatently, the degree of shamelessness of the country has no limit!

I was in Leh recently and moved to Pangong Lake. Lot of change is happening and the roads are definitely getting better and better. The Government’s work is clearly noticeable now!

As we all know, there are Tibetan markets all over India. However, most people are fully not alive to the challenges faced by Tibetans both in their own country as well as refugees.
7:00 Maybe a campaign could be launched to spread awareness among Indian citizens through the Tibetan markets of these political and societal challenges, which can in the long term support activism and international support for a Free Tibet.
As you mentioned, full Indian support is an essential ingredient, and for that peoples participation is essential, and the popular Tibetan markets across India could be a vehicle for change.

One and only one thing that matters is,are the Tibetan's younger generation and her present and budding leadership shall take up the challenge. The Tibetans are now in a very comfortable zone, and they are really cool about the whole issue. Their leader is on the wrong side of eighties.
World must now recognize Nehruvian himalayan blunders and hence must be rectified to bring justice for all concerned .

General sir,
I watched your previous two TH-cam videos with great interest . This was third one . I totally agree with your views that the security of Bharat lies in freeing Tibet from clutches of brutal China. You are trying to bring the awareness among the young people in India. But as you have stated the government and media also need to start talking about this issue. May be in few weeks time when a new government is formed it may start to look the issue in a new light. as numerous meetings between field commanders of India and China are not going anywhere. Moreover, the Chinese have disregarded the signed agreements it therefore gives India to rethink its Tibet policy.
The only issue that you are suggesting is to collaborate with USA. Once again my view is slightly different. I believe that after transfer of power in 1947 the role of Britain was taken over by USA. The thinking of USA is extension of British policy with regard to the subcontinent. The dynamics may have changed over the years but their underlying deep rooted policy of great games is still very much present today . In their plans they would like to make both Tibet and Kashmir a separate from China and India respectively. My view once again is that the process should start without USA. In the near future China will give us enough opportunities and we should be vigilant and grab it when it comes.

The current dalai lama was appointed by the central government of China in Chongqing in 1940, that was 7 years before a sovereign country called india was born, 8 years before the Princely State of Junagadh & the Princely State of Hyderabad got occupied by india, 21 years before Goa Daman & Diu got occupied by india, 35 years before the kingdom of Sikkim got occupied by india. india should withdraw from these countries first before you fart with your mouth here.

Gen Shankar is absolutely right is saying that no Tibetan Government in exile, NGOs or individuals with influence have taken the initiative to request the Indian Government to change its policy on Tibet. Other individual Tibetans, including myself have make pleas on X(formerly Twitter) in this regard. Simply reversing the “One China” policy by the government of India will go a long way to boost the question of Tibet. Thank you Gen Shankar for your lending your voice to the Tibetan cause.

India and Tibet’s ties is not just geopolitics but we have thousands of years culture and religious ties. Tibetan kept ancient Indian philosophy of Buddhism intact. Buddha is Indian and Shiva is Tibetan who is living on mount Kailash.
If CCP is not respecting older agreements with Bharat than it’s a good opportunity for Bharat to fix old issues including Tibet while Chinese dealing demographic, economical & unnatural climate challenges.

दलाई लामा middle path was due to non supportive indian government towards Tibet in 1980s. Therefore force of circumstances to avoid torture of tibetian by chinese became the basis for these superficial agreements.
Now with supportive bharath government, Tibet connection both historical and cultural is with and ONLY WITH BHARATH and must not be trusted to be with China. Hence Therefore cannot be lasting peace due to lack of accepting this hard truth.
Sirji....personally i think proper planning needs to be made or already made to keep tibet functioning after occupying it---are there people who can navigate the ccp systems in mandarin, keep daily activitie sin tibet going like water, electricity, transport, financial system.....first use the existing system ; then convert it over to desi system----no major disruption to the local people......but behind the scene u move from ccp systems to desi systems......does our strategists, and other capacities have this kt and manpower....
Final Results….. it was clear that Nehru wanted to friendly relations with China and was determined to adhere to the principles of the Panch Sheel Memorandum.
Despite the Indian politician (Acharya Kripalani’s description of it as having been….. “Born in Sin to put the seal of our approval on the destruction of an ancient nation”). The kind of power it takes to repudiate Tibet as part of china is totally absent in India today. We are the world's largest importer of weapons and don't even make our own rifles, submarines, engines of any kind largely because of the useless DPSUs that the politicians and babus have protected and nurtured for half a century. In depth military action is what the Mountain Strike Corps were created for, right? The one in Panagarh is supposed to have the capability to go into Tibet and create severe damage there. Though Hon Prime minister Modi ji has greeted HH the 14 Dalai Lama via social media on his HH's birthday but they have not met in any capacity. The meeting does not have to be in an official capacity, but it would be of extreme importance for Tibetans, India and China. US former presidents, Clinton, Bush and Obama have received HH the XIV privately. I see no reason why the CTA has not made a request in this regard. If such a meeting took place, Tibetans in Tibet, and in the diaspora would be hugely encouraged and jolted into action to rid us of the Chinese plague.
