Good presentation. All these media are raising an issue which is 6 years old. PLA forces. They will never raise this issue against the Chinese. " Huang Guozhi, senior editor of Modern Weaponry magazine, has said that the world’s largest and most experienced country with plateau and mountain troops is neither the US nor Russia but India. "India has the world’s largest and most experienced troops trained for high-altitude battles, a military expert affiliated with China’s leading maker of equipment for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has said, adding that mountaineering is an “essential skill” for each Indian soldier deployed in the mountains." The PLA has not proved they are capable of defeating the Indian Army in the year 2020. As soon as the Indian Army occupied a glacier overlooking PLA, they agreed to go back to1996 LAC agreement. So long as Siachan Glacier and Kargil are with the Indian Army India has nothing to worry about CPEC and other Chinese infrastructures are within the range of missiles.

This is a brilliant display of maps giving a bird eyes view of the topography of the terrain. Not an easy place to occupy let alone fight in. Our Army occupies the high ground. The Chinese are foolish to build roads in Shaksgam; but it is good for us when we retake our territories in due course.
Recently it would appear that the CPEC is on a hold, no funding, et al. Further, geopolitics has gone from bad to worse for this Sino-Pak combine.

As noted rress reports about construction in such heights quite casually as though it is is like doing construction in the plains,WHEN IT IS NOT SO..Construction at such heights and low temperatures pose serious technical problems as regards materials, construction tequniues, logistics, labour etc. CONSIDER, just now heavy rains have caused large portions of super expressway to be washed away. This shows a vey basic issue could not be taken care of viz DRAINAGE. So it would require great effort, technical ability,, and of course very high costs for constuction at such heights.

Sir original map shows Aghil Range as the boundary between J&K and Xinjiang. This makes complete sense because it is acting as a WATERSHED as you told. Streams south of it flow towards Indian subcontinent while to the north of it flow towards Xinjiang.

Sir, Why can't we Indians take back our lands like POK, Sashgam Valley of Glaciers(Future clear water reserves) we need to take them back on war footing, if Chinese start usiing for their industries. Even if we don't go on war with China at least we can start claiming as our land and remind them Pakistan's land was our gift to them hence we never gave Sashgam valley to Pakistan. Our Political parties have been in fighting and ignoring this valley. It is hightime😊 we start claiming back our lands from Chinese and Pakistan.

It is not surprising the chinese are building roads close to LAC . They continuously build infrastructure and troops build up from the time they occupied tibet in 1950.
But the indians are sleeping all the while and suddenly realised the chinese had come close to their borders.
One example is the road crossing the occupied Aksai chin . The indians only realised existence of chinese road after it was built and used by china in 1958😂

Beautiful images of Bharat's Himalayan Border Lands...
One doesn't know how to react..
    There is a Song.
    Teri Mitti...
    whose lines are...
    तेरी मिट्टी में मिल जांवा
    गुल बण के मैं खिल जांवा
    तेरी नदियाँ में बह जांवा
    तेरे खेतों में लहरावां
    इतनी सी है दिल की आरज़ू
    This is how One feels

Galwan valley and pangso lake is good examples
