That site is all over the place and I only want to import a few seeds like you? Do you have direct form link?
You can buy those seeds from Korean grocery supermarkets if there are in your area.
hey there! i noticed this video was from four years ago, has anything regarding this process changed now, due to covid? trying to see how my parents can bring me back seeds from their trip!

would this procedure work with plant cuttings that were collected and not bought?
That im very unsure of, I think its going to be a lot harder to bring in live plants or cuttings compared to packaged seeds.

Just mail them to yourself
While this is an option, its technically illegal, hence why when you buy seeds from china, they put . "beads, parts" or anything but seeds in the import slip. But yeah its an option. it might get taken in customs tho.
