Yeh I mainly workout at home. Only thing i didn’t have was a pull up bar. I started going to the gym just for that, but honestly that’s annoying. So I just bought a door pull up bar.
@@Comradephew Yea if u get creative, pushup variations for chest and tri, pull up and chin up for back/bi, and go running for legs especially up hill and stuff. if u are consistent and eat right u can get jacked easy

can you use the top of a door to do pull up no pull up bar
yeah so my fingers aint strong enough for that. there is only like 1.5cm space for my fingers on top of the doorframe
