A couple amazon customers show that its very wobbly when assembled. One even compared it to his old one which seemed sturdy. Neither actually showed it secured in the door frame so I'm not sure if it's really an issue. Any problems there?
Does it damage the trimming along the top of the door frame at all? I had a similar mounted one minus the additional padding and it started to pull the trim off the top of the door
yesss, I had the cheap one on my last one, put black smudges, ruined the paint and above the door frame it had an imprint from the rubber and rubbed off paint there, didn't get any deposit back

well a door frame is meant to hold up the frame of the house itself so it's very capable. Trust me, I know how you feel. While I cannot (and am not) saying you won't get hurt, it's very unlikely. I'd just recommend sticking to body weight pull-ups and not weighted. Also, try doing strict pull-ups and no kipping.

I’ve had no problems with stability or wobbling. If anything there is some bend for heavier folk but nothing breaking or wobbly yet

Sorry to hear that man. I have noticed some red come off of the pullup bar now but I've had it since I uploaded this video.
