Power Supply updates for 11/23

Still working on this power supply. The design is based on the Chinese import ones, that ripped off their design from Tektronix, of course, this is very basic.
It's getting closer to a living breathing beast, but only close.. it's not there yet. I have a lot of work to do on the tap select, which I don't want to do.
