Power Supply update, again

I made a relay driver board because I was pretty sure I didn't have enough room on one board for a relay driver AND the control part of the driver. I usually don't make 2 sided boards, so it gets complicated, and this is all hand layout, so I have to keep it simple.
The other issue here is troubleshooting, one bug and I have potentially wasted days of precious time on junk, so its better to go less complex, do what you know works, and take the problem on in little bites.
